Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Cones
INGREDIENTS
10 chocolate cookies, crushed
2 egg whites
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Pinch of salt
½ cup flour, sifted
¼ cup milk
PREPARATION
Place cookies in a ziplock bag and crush with a wooden spoon until crumbs. Set aside
Separate the egg whites into a bowl.
Add in sugar, vanilla, melted butter, and salt. Mix until combined.
Sift the flour and add it to the bowl along with the cookie crumbs. Mix until combined. Add more milk if too thick.
Heat a nonstick skillet over a medium heat and pour in a ¼ cup of batter. Swirl around the pan until coated.
Cook until the surface begins to bubble and flip.
Cook for another couple of minutes and then transfer to a baking tray.
Quickly roll into a cone shape and hole until set (about a minute).
Cool and top with your favorite ice cream.

I’d argue that the most direct route to someone’s heart (I’m really just talking about my heart) is with a thick slice of ice cream pie. In this easy ice cream pie recipe, a chocolate cookie crust gets layered with a tapestry of different ice creams and a thick layer of soft fudge. It’s an easy dessert, and yet if there is a better crowd pleaser, I’ve yet to taste it. Since you can choose nearly any ice cream flavors you want, it’s completely adaptable to any occasion or season, perfect for everything from the Fourth of July, to Valentine’s Day to your kid’s birthday.

How To Make Frozen Cookies N' Cream Pie | Delish
Get ready to experience total Oreo bliss.
DIRECTIONS
30 Oreo cookies, frosting scraped
1 stick melted butter
12 scoops cookies 'n cream ice cream
2 Hershey's Cookies 'n Creme bars, melted
Chocolate sauce, for drizzling
DIRECTIONS
1. In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, pulse cookies until they resemble fine crumbs, then add melted butter and process until combined.
2. Transfer Oreo crust to a 9 springform pan and press in crust until firmly packed. Freeze until firm, at least 30 minutes.
3. When ready to serve, remove springform pan and scoop ice cream over tart. Drizzle with cookies 'n creme bars and chocolate syrup. Slice and serve. (If the ice cream seems too soft to slice, freeze 10 minutes to let it firm up.)

Mini Cookies ‘N’ Cream Ice Cream Pies
Servings: 6
INGREDIENTS
12 chocolate sandwich cookies
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup heavy whipping cream
7 ounces condensed milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
6 chocolate sandwich cookies, crumbled
PREPARATION
Separate the icing from the chocolate sandwich cookies. Reserve the icing and put the cookies in a resealable plastic bag.
Pound the cookies with a rolling pin until they reach a fine crumble. Transfer to a small bowl and mix with the butter until well combined.
Evenly distribute the crumble mixture into a 6-cup muffin tin lined with cupcake liners and firmly press the crumbs to form an even crust in each cup.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and the sandwich cookie icing. Whisk the ingredients until soft peaks form.
Gently form in the cookies. Transfer the mixture to the muffin tin.
Freeze for 4 hours, or until the ice cream has solidified.
Remove the cupcake liners, and enjoy!
