100 g butter

●175g caster sugar
●125g low fat cottage cheese
●4 tbsp grapeseed oil
●2 eggs , slightly beaten
●1 tbsp baking powder
●Bit of salt
●6 tbsp flaked almonds

Muffins with Cottage Cheese and Olives
Ingredients:
3 eggs
250g cottage cheese (5 or 9%)
0.5 cup vegetable oil
200g yellow cheese (hard, light-yellow cheese 28% fat photo)
1 can of sliced green olives (drained weight 280g)
1 cup of self rising flour
Sesame seeds
Instructions:
Combine ingredients together
Oil a muffin mold and pour mixture equally
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 30 minute on 180°
