Deep fry the doughscuits | Assembly: cut doughscuits into quarters. Drizzle with cake frosting and Buffalo sauce icing. Sprinkle Bacon bits, panko bread crumbs and chopped parsley on top.

Pie Baking Contest
The Allen County Fair Pie Baking Contest on July 25 was a recipe for fun and family.
Southern Cooking at Night! | Old Fashioned Chocolate Pie & Banana Pudding
Hey family! In today's video we're prepping for Easter! We make two of our desserts at night and one in the morning!
Banana Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
vanilla wafers
3-4 bananas, sliced
In a large saucepan mix sugar, flour, and salt. Whisk in milk. Cool and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Reduce heat to low and cook 2 more minutes. In a small bowl whisk the eggs. Whisk in a small amount of the hot mixture to temper the eggs. Return all to pan whisking constantly. Bring to a gentle rolling boil and cook for two minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Let cool. In an ungreased 8X8 baking dish layer the wafers, bananas, and pudding mixture. Top with crushed vanilla wafers. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Chocolate Pie Recipe:
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of plain flour
1/4 cup of cocoa
dash of salt
4 egg yolks
2 cups of milk
1/4 cup of butter
1 tsp of vanilla (I was out of vanilla, so I skipped this ingredient today. Still turned out great!)
1-9 pastry shell baked
Directions:
Bake pie crust until golden
Combine first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan; set aside.
Combine milk and egg yolks.
Stir milk and egg yolks into mixture; add butter.
Cook over medium heat, and stir constantly until mix thickens and boils.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla; spoon into pastry shell.
Let cool to room temp and then refrigerate until ready to eat.
