Crazy Chocolate Cake (Vegan, egg free, dairy free, bowl free)-with yoyomax12

Here is a vegan frosting you can try:
1 1⁄2 cups confectioners' sugar
1-2 tablespoons vanilla-flavored soymilk
1⁄4 cup vegan butter, softened (or dairy free margarine)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend the margarine and sugar together.
Add in the vanilla extract and blend
Add enough of the almond milk/soy milk to make a spreadable frosting.
Makes enough to frost the cake in the video.
Cake recipe:
1 1/2 cups flour
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup white sugar (Make sure you use a vegan variety of sugar, apparently some white sugar is whitened by having contact with charcoal made from cow bones)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt (I used Himalayan pink salt, that's why it looked strange).
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup water
Prepare an 8x8 baking dish by greasing it well. I used non-stick aluminum foil and it worked very well.
Combine the dry ingredients right in the baking dish.
Make three depressions in the dry mixture, two small, one large.
In one small depression pour in the vinegar, in the other small one the vanilla and in the large one, the oil. Pour the cup of water over all and stir until combined. Dig around in the corner so that there is no more dry stuff to be found.
Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Chocolate Fudge Cake how to make Recipe Demo at Bakery

Recipe Ingredients:
175g Softened butter
175g Castor sugar
175g Egg beaten
175g Self Raising flour
40g ground almonds
40g cocoa powder
40g golden syrup
2 x 8in Sponge Tins oiled & lined
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180c / 350f
2. Put the butter and sugar into the bowl of a freestanding mixer with 3 speed, then beat until light.
3. Scrape down and start adding in the egg over 5 mins on 2 speed then scrape down mix on 3 speed for 5 mins
4. Scrape down and then add in the golden syrup, now carefully add in the sifted flour, ground almonds, cocoa powder and fold in with spoon or spatula until clear
5. Now split the mix into 2 tins and smooth over
6. Baking place into the centre of the oven and bake for 30 - 35 min until shrink away from the side of the tins or until springy to the touch, you can pop in a skewer if it comes out clean it ready
7. Now baked remove from oven now let them rest for 1 min before removing them from the tins
8. Remove from the tins and put onto a cooling wire with paper, one is the top and one is the bottom now let then cool for 1 – 2 hours
Now you can you can make the Fudge filling and topping
Ingredients:
225g Plan Chocolate
55g Dark Brown Sugar
225g Unsalted Butter
45g Evaporated Milk
5g Vanilla
Making the Fudge icing filling & topping:
Place the Chocolate, Sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla into a saucepan best with a heavy base, place on to a hob with a low to med heat and stirring constantly, until melted, now ready put into the bowl with a lid into the fridge for about one hour or until spreadable
Now you can start to sandwich them together with half the fudge icing, spread the remainder of the fudge icing over the top and the sides of the cake, swirling it to give a frosted look

FOR FUDGY BROWNIES
100g chopped chocolates
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
FOR GANACHE
1 cup chopped chocolates
1/2 cup all purpose cream (or heavy cream
Chopped peanuts for toppings
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, start melting the chopped dark chocolate with the unsalted butter using a microwave or double-boiler. Stir until completely melted. Let it cool for a few minutes.
Once cooled down a little, add granulated sugar and brown sugar. Mix until combined. Then add eggs one at a time. Stir in between until all eggs are added and well-combined. Then add vanilla extract and salt. Mix well.
Using a clean finger, check if the sugar is completely dissolved. Once ready, sift the flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder. Make sure to sift properly to prevent lumping parts. Then give it a good mix once more.
Prepare an 8×8 baking pan greased with butter or oil. Line with parchment or baking paper for easier unmolding.
Then, gently pour the brownie mixture to the baking pan. Tap against the table to remove air bubbles.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 mins. Do the toothpick test to see if it’s ready. After that, let it cool and set.
FOR CHOCOLATE GANACHE
Combine chopped chocolates and heavy cream in a heat-proof bowl. Microwave for a minute until melted. Stir until completely melted and shiny. (you can also do a double-boiler method)
Pour the hot chocolate ganache onto the brownie. Top it with any kind of roasted nuts to suit your liking. Chill for at least 4 hours.
Finally, you can cut your fudgy chocolate brownie into small bite-sized cubes and set it in a small cupcake liner. Enjoy!

The Best Fudgy Brownies

INGREDIENTS
8 ounces good-quality chocolate
¾ cup butter, melted
1¼ cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Chop the chocolate into chunks. Melt half, then save the other half for later.
Mix the butter and the sugar, then beat in the eggs and vanilla for 1-2 minutes until the mixture has become fluffy and light in color.
Whisk in the reserved melted chocolate (make sure the chocolate is not too hot or else the eggs will cook), then sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix as this will cause the brownies to be more cake-like in texture.
Fold in the chocolate chunks, then transfer the batter into a parchment paper-lined square baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on how fudgy you like your brownies, then cool completely.
Slice, then serve with a nice cold glass of milk!
