4 med/large (2 lbs) chicken breasts,
Garlic Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
½ cup (8 Tbsp) Pesto sauce (We love Costco's pesto!)
8 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese (reserve 2 oz for topping)
1 large or 2 medium tomatos, thinly sliced into 12 rings
1 cup cherry tomatoes, optional
Fresh basil leaves, shredded, optional garnish

00:00 Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rollups

Ingredients:
Prepare Alfredo White Sauce: 00:12
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (White onion) chopped 2 tbs (optional)
-Cream 1 Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ¾ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Mushrooms chopped ½ Cup
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Parmesan cheese powder 3 tbs
Prepare Chicken: 01:17
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ¼ tsp
-Chicken fillets 350g
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
Assembling: 02:19
-Lasagna sheets (boiled until 3/4th done)
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped
-Lal micrh (Red chilli) crushed
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Fresh parsley chopped
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
Directions:
Prepare Alfredo White Sauce: 00:12
-In a saucepan,add butter,cooking oil & let it melt.
-Add garlic & mix well.
-Add onion & mix well.
-On low flame,add cream,milk & mix well.
-Add salt,black pepper crushed,mushrooms,fresh parsley & mix well.
-Add parmesan cheese powder,mix well and cook until sauce thickens (1-2 minutes) & set aside.
Prepare Chicken: 01:17
-In a bowl,add black pepper crushed,garlic powder,salt,cumin powder,paprika powder & mix well.
-Add chicken fillets and mix well,cover & marinate for 10-15 minutes.
-In a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken & grill on low flame until done (2-3 minutes each side) then cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Turn off the flame and shred with the help of fork & set aside.
Assembling: 02:19
-On lasagna sheet,add & spread prepared alfredo white sauce,shredded chicken,capsicum,red chilli crushed & roll it (makes 8-10).
-In a baking dish (6.5 x 10 inch),add & spread prepared alfredo white sauce,place lasagna roll ups,add & spread alfredo white sauce,mozzarella cheese,fresh parsley & red chilli crushed.
Baking in Oven:
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C until cheese melts (15-18 minutes).
Baking without Oven:
-In pot,add 1 pack of salt,place steamer rack/wire rack (minimum 2“high) and preheat on medium flame for 15 minutes.
-Place prepared baking dish,cover and bake in pot on medium flame until cheese melts (15-18 minutes).

-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Halki ancch per cream aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak,kali mirch crushed,muhsrooms aur fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Parmesan cheese powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Chicken: 01:17
-Bowl mein kali mirch crushed,lehsan powder,namak,zeera ppwder aur paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken fillets dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10-15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Cast iron pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur halki ancch per gul janay tak grill ker lein (2-3 minutes each side) phir dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur fork ki madad sa shred ker dein & side per rakh dein.
-Assembling: 02:19
-Lasagna sheet per alfredo white sauce dal ker pheela lein,shredded chicken,shimla mirch aur lal mirch crush dal dein aur roll ker lein (makes 8-10).
-Baking dish (6.5 x 10 inch) mein alfredo white sauce dal ker pheela lein,lasagna roll ups rakh dein, alfredo white sauce,mozzarella cheese,fresh parsley aur lal mirch crushed dal dein.
Baking in Oven:
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per cheese melt hunay tak bake ker lein (15-18 minutes).
Baking without Oven:

------- Prepare Dough: 00:14 -------------
-Pakola Full Cream Milk warm 1/3 Cup
-Water warm 1/3 Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Olive oil 1 & ½ tbs
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Olive oil 1 tbs
------- Prepare Chicken Filling: 01:32 -----------
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part chopped 3 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Pakola Full Cream Milk warm 1/3 Cup
-Chicken stock cube 1
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste
-All spices ½ tsp
-Boneless chicken 400g (boiled with soy sauce & vinegar then shredded)
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped ¼ Cup
-Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
-Tomato ketchup 1-2 tbs
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Makhan (Butter) melted 3 tbs
-Dried parsley 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
-Safed til (Sesame seeds)
Directions:
Prepare Dough: 00:14
-In a bowl,add milk,water,caster sugar,instant yeast & whisk well,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.
-Add egg,all-purpose flour,salt & whisk well for 4-5 minutes.
-Add all-purpose flour & knead until soft dough is formed.
-Add olive oil and knead until dough is smooth.
-Transfer dough on clean working surface,add olive oil,stretch & knead dough well for 5-6 minutes.
-Grease with olive oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour or until double in size.
Prepare Chicken Filling: 01:32
-In a wok,add butter,cooking oil & let it melt.
-Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add green onion white part & mix well.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add milk & whisk continuously.
-Add chicken stock cube,black pepper crushed,salt,red chilli powder and all spices,whisk well & cook until sauce thickens (1-2 minutes).
-Add boiled & shredded chicken & mix well.
-Add green onion leaves,fresh parsley and mix well.
-Let it cool.
-Knead dough again until smooth,sprinkle dry flour & divide in 8 portions (each dough ball is 75g).
-Take one portion and sprinkle dry flour,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Add & spread tomato ketchup,add prepared chicken filling,cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese.
-Now turn the sides and roll up,pinch & seal the ends (makes 8).
-In a small bowl,add melted butter,dried parlsey,garlic powder and mix well.Herbed butter is ready!
-Grease 7.5 x 11” baking pan with prepared herbed butter,place dinner rolls and cover & let it proof for 20-25 minutes.
-Apply egg wash with the help of brush & sprinkle sesame seeds.
-Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 25 minutes.
-Take out from oven & apply herbed butter on top,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.
-Serve with tea & tomato ketchup!
Bacon Chicken Roll-Ups

Mix 8oz of cream cheese softened with 3-4 tbsp of your favourite fresh herbs (dried is okay too)
Set aside.
Pound 4-6 boneless chicken breasts flat between sheets of plastic wrap until they are about 1/4 thick. (this is easier than it sounds, trust me)
Spread cheese mixture on one side of chicken breast and roll it up (short side first). Wrap pieces of chicken with two strips of bacon.
The original recipe says to slightly cook bacon until cooked not crisp and then wrap the chicken with it, securing with toothpicks. The advantage to this is less bacon fat getting on/in the chicken.
If you put the bacon on raw, it stays on very well and as it cooks it shrinks squeezing the chicken roll and keeping it together. You can put the rolls under the broiler for a couple of minutes to crisp up the bacon and brown it a bit. The bacon fat ends up in the bottom of the pan and you can blot the chicken before serving it to get rid of most of it anyway.
Place the chicken rolls in a greased baking dish and bake uncovered at 350F for 35-45 minutes until the internal temp reaches 180F. (Safe chicken eatin' temperature)
