How To make Crockpot Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
1 1/2-2 1/2
pound
beef chuck or round steak, boneless
1
teaspoon
salt
1/8
teaspoon
pepper
1/4
teaspoon
garlic salt
1
tablespoon
worcestershire sauce
1 1/4-1 1/2
cup
beef bouillon
1
tablespoon
ketchup
2
tablespoon
dry white wine
1/4
pound
mushrooms, fresh, sliced
1/3
cup
flour
1
cup
sour cream
1
rice or noodles, cooked, hot
Directions:
Cut beef in strips or cubes. Coat with salt and pepper. Place in bottom of crockpot. Mix garlic salt, worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon and ketchup. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hours until tender. Turn up to High. Add 2 tb. dry white wine and mushrooms. Dissolve flour in small amount of water. Add to meat mixture. Stir to blend. Cook on High for 15 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in sour cream. Turn off heat. Serve with rice or noodles.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
In this video I make an incredibly rich slow cooker beef stroganoff which makes for an amazingly tasty dinner.

This dish is perfect just by itself but usually works best with some rice or pasta. Simply cook any extras separately then either mix it in with the stroganoff or pour the sauce over the extras.
There are quite a few ingredients that you will need in order to get this recipe done. You can find the entire list of ingredients right below.
• 500g (17 & 1/2 Oz) Beef (Preferably rump), cut in cubes
• 1 Tbsp. Sweet Paprika
• 1 Brown onion, diced
• 2 Tsp. Crushed garlic
• 500g (17 & 1/2 Oz) mushrooms, sliced
• 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Cup Beef Stock
• 4 Tbsp. Sour Cream
• 2 Tbsp. corn Flour
• Salt & Pepper
When it comes to picking a specific cut of beef, I would recommend using a cheaper cut such as rump or blade. I would avoid using expensive and tender cuts such as tenderloin. This is because we will be cooking the meat for a very long time so you might as well take advantage of the flavor that the cheaper cuts have.
If you find that you don’t have any beef stock, then this can be swapped out for just plain water. You may find that you will need to add a bit of extra salt to help with flavor.
If you’re finding the cornflour & sour cream mix hasn’t thickened the beef stroganoff enough, then feel free to mix up some more. Adding too much cornflour may turn the sauce too thick and gluey so it’s best to be careful with this.
It’s best not to add the sour cream until the end as this will help prevent diary from splitting.

onion sliced (med)
beef broth (1/2 cup)
12ozs cream cheese (softened)
1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
1 sm can cream of celery
1 sm can of cream of mushroom
1 tables worcestershire sauce
8 mushrooms (sliced)
1-1/2 tables browning sauce (optional)
3/4 c. sour cream (put this in@the end of cooking process)
1 tsp thyme
3/4 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt

Beef stroganoff is the original family favorite skillet meal. This recipe is so decadent and savory, you won't believe it's a 30 minute meal!

✅Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 pounds beef sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
• ¼ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 pound egg noodles
• 1 medium white onion
• 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
• ¼ cup salted butter
• 3 cups beef broth
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
• salt and pepper to taste
✅Instructions
00:00:12 - How to slice beef for beef stroganoff
1️⃣ 00:00:12 - Slice the beef against the grain into thin slices. Dust with flour to coat. Set aside.
2️⃣ Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well.
3️⃣ 00:01:01 - Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add in onions and mushrooms and saute until tender, about 7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4️⃣ 00:01:35 - Without cleaning the skillet, add in butter and let melt over medium high heat. Add in steak slices and cook until browned, 4 to 5 minutes.
5️⃣ 00:01:59 - Return onions and mushrooms to the skillet. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer. Simmer until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes.
6️⃣ 00:02:20 - Stir in sour cream and dijon until incorporated. Add cooked egg noodles to the sauce. Stir to combine and serve hot. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
