How To make Crockpot Meat Loaf

Directions:
Place the milk and the bread in a large mixing bowl, and let stand until the bread has adsorbed all the milk. With two forks, break the bread into crumbs. Beat the ground beef into the crumbs until well mixed. Make a hollow in the center of the meat and break the eggs into it. Beat the eggs a little; then grate the onions into the eggs. Add salt, pepper and mustard. Beat the eggs into the beef. Shape into a round cake and place in the slow cooker. Drain the tomatoes, and place them on the meat. Cover and cook on Low for 5 to 7 hours. Before serving, uncover the pot; turn the heat to High, and bubble away some of the sauce. It should be thick, not thin.

SLOW COOKER MEATLOAF

RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
3 large eggs
1 cup diced white onion
1 cup diced red or green bell pepper
⅓ cup ketchup
¼ cup milk
¼ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. salt
¼ pepper
25 saltine crackers
2 lbs. 10% fat ground beef
For the Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
SLOW COOKER SIZE:
6-quart oval
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large bowl, add the eggs ,onion, bell pepper, ketchup, milk, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Crush the saltine crackers in next, and mix this all together with clean hands. Add the meat next, only mixing everything until it just comes together.
Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with non-stick spray, and shape the meat into a loaf on the bottom of the slow cooker.
Cover, and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours, without opening the lid during cooking time.
Scoop out the fat with a spoon, discard.
Mix together the sauce ingredients, and spoon over meatloaf.
Cover and cook for 30 more minutes on LOW if you want to heat the sauce. Serve and enjoy!

1 Large Onion Diced
1 Green Bell Pepper Diced
2 Eggs
1 TBS Minced Garlic
3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 TSP Italian Seasonings
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Cup Milk
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Pepper
1 TBS parsley Flakes
1/3 Cup Ketchup
Sauce Mix Ingredients:
1 Cup Ketchup
1 TSP Mustard
3 TBS Brown sugar
1 TSP Garlic powder
Directions:
Mix together the following in a bowl

Once mixed good start to form the meat into a loaf
(Optional) Let meatloaf sit in fridge or freezer for a few mins to firm up
Line crockpot in foil and spray with cooking spray
Add meatloaf.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours total
While meatloaf is cooking prepare your sauce.
Mix together the following to create your sauce
1 Cup Ketchup
1 TSP Mustard
3 TBS Brown sugar
1 TSP Garlic powder
After 4 hours cover meatloaf with sauce and cook for 1 additional hour on low.
Once done remove from crockpot and drain excess juice.
Cover with additional sauce if needed
Serve and Enjoy!
Meatloaf for the fam
Ingredients for meatloaf (I don’t really measure)
• 1lb ground turkey or beef
• Veggies of your choice (I used green bell pepper and onion I used half of each)
• Bread crumbs
• 2 eggs
• Worcestershire sauce 
• Seasoning of your choice
• 1/4 of barbecue sauce
• minced garlic 1tbsp
Ingredients for sauce for top
• Ketchup
• Barbecue sauce
• Worcestershire sauce
• Brown sugar
Prep
• Preheat oven to 400
• Combine all the ingredients for the meatloaf only in a mixing bowl, and then place mixture in a baking pan and shape into a loaf. 
• Place in oven for 30 minutes uncovered.
• Combine all ingredients for sauce for the top of meatloaf in a bowl mix well. 
• Once meatloaf is removed from the oven, cover meatloaf with the sauce you made and place back in the oven, uncovered for an additional 20 minutes 
• Once meatloaf is removed from the oven, let it rest for about 10 minutes to sit and cut and enjoy

This cheesy crockpot meatloaf is classic deliciousness!
