Ingredients 8 each pork chops, thick cut 2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/8 teaspoon sage 1 each cream of mushroom soup (12 oz can) 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
Directions: Trim the excess fat from the chops and use it to grease a large skillet. Over high heat, brown each chop lightly on both sides. salt and pepper each as it finishes and place it in the crockpot. Add the sage. Turn the soup (undiluted) and the onion flakes into the still hot skillet. Scrape the pan juices and turn them into the cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

This crock pot creamy pork chop is delicious! The ingredients may not seem to go together but this pork chop is so tender it is a must try recipe! Hope you all enjoy this creamy pork chop!!
4 pork chops 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup ketchup 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon worcestershire Salt and pepper to taste
Salt and pepper pork chops to your liking. In crockpot, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, ketchup, minced garlic, and Worcestershire. Then place pork chops into crock pot, flipping them to coat entire pork chop with sauce mixture. Cover and place on low for 6 hours. Serve and enjoy :)

I use boneless pork chops as they are so much easier to work with, but bone-in or butterfly chops will work too. Use the cut of meat of your choice.
In terms of the spices, you can use as much or as little as you like. For example, if you care a garlic lover, use more; if you are not a garlic lover, use less. It is entirely up to you.
