How To make Crockpot Porkchops with Mushroom Sauce

pork chops, 1 inch thick

salt

pepper

cream of mushroom soup, can

tablespoon
onions, dried, minced
Directions:
Trim the excess fat from the chops and use it to grease a large skillet. Over high heat, brown each chop lightly on both sides. salt and pepper each as it finishes and place it in the crockpot. Add the sage. Turn the soup (undiluted) and the onion flakes into the still hot skillet. Scrape the pan juices and turn them into the cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.

In this easy slow cooker recipe, I cook some pork chops and mushrooms. The ingredients I used in this crock pot recipe are 4 pork chops, about a pound of mushrooms, a 22.6 oz can of Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1/2 can of water, and 1 tablespoon of onion powder. One Pan Pork Chops in Mushroom and Garlic Gravy - in 30 Minutes
One pan pork chops in mushroom and garlic gravy is out of this world, not to mention simple. The great thing is, this dish can be made in 30 minutes. This makes it a great midweek meal for the busy person. Your family will simply love it.
I use boneless pork chops as they are so much easier to work with, but bone-in or butterfly chops will work too. Use the cut of meat of your choice.
In terms of the spices, you can use as much or as little as you like. For example, if you care a garlic lover, use more; if you are not a garlic lover, use less. It is entirely up to you.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops & Golden Mushroom Gravy :)
Hey folks :)
So tonight for tea we had pork chops with a super tasty golden mushroom gravy! I was sent some cans of Campbells golden mushroom soup and seasonings from the lovely Patric Duncan :) He suggested that I cook pork chops in the soup….so I did! Unbelievably tasty! I’ll definitely be doing this again….but next time, I’d definitely use mushrooms!
I’ve listed everything I used down below in case you want to give it a go for yourself :)

Enough for 3 people…just add another chop and potato for 4 people :)
I tablespoon water
3 Medium potatoes, peeled & sliced
3 Pork chops
A generous sprinkling of seasoning
1 Can Campbells golden mushroom soup (or cream of mushroom if you can’t find golden)
***Optional handful of sliced mushrooms or onions***

Back to recipes today - and this one is an absolute corker! a perfect family meal and an easy one too.
We both loved this meal and its so versatile i can be served with anything i served with Garlic & Rosemary Saute Potatoes which worked really well .
