Welcome to our channel Diabetic Meal Ideas by Diabexy. Relish easy, homemade and low glycemic load cranberry cookies with your evening tea. The Estimated Glycemic Load of per cookie is just 0.2.
Ingredients
100g Nutroactive Almond flour
30g NutroActive Brown X atta
60g Butter
50g Keto Condensed milk
1 Whole Egg
20 nos. Unsweetened cranberry
Vanila essence
Method
1. In Bowl, take almond flour, brownXatta, melted butter, keto condensed milk, vanilla essence, egg and mix them thoroughly.
2. Transfer the soft dough in a piping bag with frosting tip .
3. Pipe a swirl on to a tray with baking paper, topped with a piece of unsweetened cranberry.
4. Bake it at 180 degree Centigrade for 15-20 min.
5. Let it cool down for 5 to 10 min.
6. Enjoy couple of them with your evening tea.

How to make Easy DIABETIC-FRIENDLY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | Recipes.net
Diabetics can now enjoy a warm batch of chocolate chip cookies with this easy to make recipe! It makes use of erythritol and monk fruit sweetener which will not raise blood sugar levels. The chocolate chips are also sugar-free which is perfect if you want to lessen your sugar intake. It's soft, rich and buttery. Try it today!

Ingredients
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
⅛ tsp salt
1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup monk fruit sweetener, or any similar substitutes
1 cup erythritol or sugar substitute of your choice, preferably Splenda
2 eggs at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
⬇️ How to make Diabetic Friendly Chocolate Chip Cookies ⬇️
0:12 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet on a baking pan.
0:28 Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
0:44 In another mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, sugar substitute, and golden monk fruit sweetener. Cream until light and fluffy. Should both your sugar substitute and sweetener be granular, you may pulse them to a fine powder first before creaming.
1:00 Add the eggs and vanilla. Continue creaming.
1:10 Fold sifted flour mixture into the butter mixture until evenly incorporated.
1:18 Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips.
1:26 Scoop the cookie dough using a spoon or ice cream scoop and place them on your baking sheet 2 inches apart from each other.
1:34 Bake your cookies for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
1:39 Cool them on your baking sheet for 10 minutes then move to a wire rack and cool for another 10 minutes. After cooling, your cookies are ready for snacking!
