Questo dolce è un vero piacere per il palato! È così facile da preparare, ma ha un sapore incredibile. Una torta preparata in meno di 15 minuti è qualcosa di straordinario! Il suo gusto e la sua consistenza sono semplicemente magici. Dovresti provare questa ricetta, diventerà facilmente la tua opzione perfetta preferita per qualsiasi evento importante. È così delizioso che piacerà sicuramente a tutta la famiglia. Ingredienti:
Pan di spagna:
▪️4 uova
▪️150 grammi di zucchero (3/4 tazza)
▪️120 grammi di farina (3/4 tazza)
▪️30 grammi di cacao in polvere (3 cucchiai)
▪️30 grammi di amido di mais (3 cucchiai)
▪️1 cucchiaino di lievito
✨Cuocere per 30 minuti a 180°C = 356°F
Riempimento:
▪️500 grammi di ciliegie snocciolate fresche o congelate
▪️60 grammi di zucchero (4 cucchiai)
Crema:
▪️600 grammi di crema di formaggio. Ho usato il mascarpone (2,5 tazze)
▪️400 ml di panna (2 tazze).
▪️100 grammi di zucchero (1/2 tazza)

After a long pause, I decided to share with you a very delicious cake recipe in which I combined my author's recipe Tiramisu and chocolate shortcake with boiling water.
The cake is moderately sweet but if you like very sweet cakes then you need to increase the amount of sugar in the recipe. The combination of chocolate cakes, strong coffee with amaretto and a layer of airy mascapone cream is divinely delicious!

Our baking mold size: 20-25 cm
The ingredients are
Dough :
2 eggs
200g sugar
200 ml milk
180 ml vegetable oil
10 g baking soda
1/2 lemon
60g cocoa
400g wheat flour
200ml boiling water
Divide into two identical forms and bake at 140-160 C top/bottom mode without convection for about 25-30 minutes.
The cream:
250g mascarpone cream cheese
400 ml cream (32-35% fat)
100g sugar
Impregnation:
200 ml espresso coffee ( strong coffee)
2 tbsp amaretto
100g cookies
Preheat the oven to 160 C, for the dough mix all the ingredients together and add the boiling water at the end. Bake the pastry for about 20-25 minutes, check readiness with a skewer; it should be dry. After baking, leave the cakes to cool completely on a rack. Make a strong coffee and also leave it to cool, just before stacking the cake add the almond liqueur. Beat the cold cream with the sugar and gradually add the mascarpone cheese until the cream is creamy and stiff.
Put the cake together: soak the chocolate cake in the coffee and spread the cream, dip the sponge cookies in the coffee and spread them on the chocolate cake, then spread the cream on the cake, put the cake on top and cover with the cream. Make sure to leave the cake in the fridge overnight to soak up all the flavors! Sprinkle with cocoa powder if desired!

Hellmann's Chocolate Mayo Cake (from the Hellman's website, with some modifications from me)
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour or cake flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 and 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 box of chocolate pudding mix (I will delete this ingredient the next time I make this cake)
3 eggs
3 cups sugar (I will increase this to 4 cups for a less semi-sweet chocolate taste next time)
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons frosting
1 1/3 cups milk
Instructions:
1. PREHEAT oven to 350°. Grease and lightly flour two 9-inch round cake pans*; set aside.
2. SIFT TOGETHER flour, pudding, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder in medium bowl; set aside.
3. BEAT eggs, sugar and vanilla in large bowl, with electric mixer at high speed, for 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise at low speed until blended. Add frosting.
5. Alternate beating in flour mixture with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
6. Pour into prepared pans.
7. BAKE for 65 minutes (bundt pan) [30 minutes for layer cake pans] or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
8. Cool 10 minutes on wire racks; remove from pans and cool completely.
9. Frost, if desired, or sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
*Or, prepare cake mix as above in 13 x 9-inch baking pan and bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
