1 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c Unsalted butter; softened 1/2 c Lightly salted butter; -softened 3/4 c Sugar 3/4 c Brown sugar, packed 1 Egg 1 ts Vanilla 2 1/2 c Flour 1 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt 12 oz Chocolate chips 1 c Chopped nuts; optional Cream cheese, butters, and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. -----

Hello. I put in corn flour and made a sponge cake. The grains of corn flour are rougher than flour and are not soft. But because it smells better, a very savory sponge cake was made. I ate this cake when I was young, but it's hard to find a place to sell it these days. If you want to taste the memories, I recommend making them.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 안녕하세요. 오늘은 고소한 옥수수카스테라를 만들어보았어요! 검정고무신 만화를 보다가 옥수수빵이 나오길래 갑자기 너무 먹고싶어졌거든요ㅎㅎ 오래된 빵집가면 이 옥수수카스테라를 파는곳이 있는데 요즘에는 빵집에서 거의 보기힘든 품목이에요ㅠ 아무래도 옥수수가루가 들어가면 식감이 퍽퍽해져서 사람들이 선호하지 않아서 것 같아요ㅠ(아쉽...) 이 카스테라는 퍽퍽하고 꼬수운 맛이 매력이라 일반 카스테라보다 가류양을 늘려서 넣었어요. 가루양을 늘리니 반죽을 섞는시간도 길어질것같아 머랭도 쉽게 깨지지않도록 아주 단단하게 만들었구요! 그래서 반죽도 기존의 카스테라 반죽처럼 부드러운 느낌이 아니라 놀라실수도 있는데 원래 그런반죽이니 놀라지 마세요! 옥수수가루의 고소한 향때문에 바닐라 익스트랙이 없는 분들은 레시피에서 제외하셔도 되요! 만들어서 부모님께 드림 추억의 맛이라며 좋아하실거예요^^
04.반죽을 다른볼에 조금 덜어 우유 40ml,포도씨유 40ml,바닐라익스트랙 1티스푼을 넣고 잘 섞어주세요.
05.본반죽에 4의 반죽을 넣고 잘 섞어주세요.
06.반죽을 팬에 담고 윗면을 통조림옥수수로 장식해주세요.
07.150도로예열된 오븐에서 30분간 구워주세요.
08.식기전에 윗면에 녹인버터를 발라주세요.
