How to make moist Banana Bread | Without mixer
This banana bread recipe is easy to make, no mixer required. The banana bread loaf is delicious and moist, and great way to use overripe bananas.

350 degrees F - Make sure your oven is properly preheated
Place the banana loaf on the middle rack in the oven.
Bake for 1 hour and check if it's done by inserting a tester (or toothpick) in the center.
This banana bread needed 15 extra minutes.
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup walnuts + extra for sprinkling on top
pinch of salt

1 1/2 cup mashed Bananas, very ripe (about 3 large bananas)

How To Make Banana Nut Bread - The BEST Banana Bread Recipe!
Learn how to make the BEST banana nut bread there is! Super moist and loaded with freezer ripened bananas and walnuts. No dense and dry banana bread here! Don't forget to save some slices of this for banana bread french toast on Sunday morning. ;-)
What you'll need:
3 medium bananas
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter or margarine, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped English walnuts or nuts of your choice (pecans, black walnuts, almonds, macadamia's, etc)
Let bananas ripen on the counter until speckled and then freeze for 1-2 days. Take out to thaw 4-6 hours before you want to make the bread. Cut off the ends and squeeze banana and juices from peel into a bowl and mash with a fork.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. Add dry ingredient mixture to wet mixture and mix well. Add in banana puree and sour cream and mix well and finally mix in nuts. Pour batter into a greased 9 by 5 loaf pan and bake in a 325*F preheated oven for 60-75 minutes or until a toothpick or knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan and then turn out. Slice and serve or store in an air tight container for 5-6 days. Makes 1 loaf. Enjoy!!

How to make a super moist banana nut bread. Your family will love this delicious walnut banana bread. It is an easy recipe that uses chopped walnuts, ripe bananas & vegetable oil (not butter).

This banana nut bread is super moist because it is made with lots of bananas and vegetable oil. Vegetable oil helps to create moist banana breads (versus banana breads made with butter which can be a little drier). Why? Because vegetable oil is a liquid at room temp (whereas butter is a solid). Of course, if you want a more buttery-tasting banana nut bread, you can use softened butter.
This is a great recipe if you have run out of butter (Honey, who used the last of the butter?). Or you want to save some money because you think butter is too expensive.
Ingredients needed for this moist banana nut bread recipe include mashed bananas, eggs, vegetable oil, white granulated sugar, all purpose flour, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, salt & chopped walnuts. If you want to make a pecan banana bread (instead of a walnut banana bread), you can replace the chopped walnuts called for in the recipe with chopped pecans (on a 1-to-1 basis).
FYI - Make sure to use FRESH chopped walnuts for the best results when making this moist banana nut bread. Chopped walnuts can go rancid (bad) quickly. Also if you use pecans instead of walnuts, please use fresh chopped pecans (because they go rancid quickly too).
