1 Whole-wheat french bread
Parsley flakes -- optional

3 TBSP OF 15 ML OF CLARIFIED MELTED BUTER
GARLIC PARMESAN TOPPING
1/4 CUP DRY PARMESAN
1TSP 5 ML OF OREGANO
1 TSP 5 ML OF DRY BASIL
1/2 TSP 2.5 ML GARLIC POWDER
1/2 TSP 2.5 ML ONION POWDER
1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1/4 TSP SEA SALT

Nutrition (entire recipe):
523 cals, 43.5P, 44.5C, 18F
Ingredients:
-55g all purpose flour
-28g @pescience multipurpose protein powder (discount code FIT15)
-4g baking powder
-Salt to taste
-Oregano to taste
-4g garlic powder
-15g light butter/margarine (melted)
-80g nonfat Greek yogurt
Topping:
-10g melted light butter/margarine
-30g light shredded mozza
-5g parmesan
-5g minced garlic
-oregano
Directions:
-Preheat the oven to 350F
-Mix the dry ingredients for the dough together, then add the wet
-Spray a 6.5 inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray, then add the dough into the skillet in 5-6 sections
-For the topping, pour and spread the light butter/margarine on the dough, then add the rest of the toppings (except oregano)
-Bake for 20-25 mins, then sprinkle the oregano on top
-Enjoy! ????
