How To make Easy Peachy Beef Toss
1 1/2 c Cooked roast beef/steak
-cut into strips 1 Romaine head, torn
1 md Ripe avocado, sliced [optl]
14 oz Canned sliced peaches,
-in juice 1/4 c Italian dressing
2 tb Sweet & Sour BBQ sauce
In a large salad bowl, combine beef, romaine, avocado and drained peaches (reserving liquid). combine dressing, 1/4 cup peach liquid and BBQ sauce. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad; toss lightly. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and freshly ground pepper. Without avocado: 107 calories, 2.7g fat. TOSSED WINGS - LEMON BASIL SAUCE & BUFFALO SAUCE
Preheat oven to 375
8 wings
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp salt
1tsp pepper
Cooking spray
2 lemons
½ tsp basil
3 tbsp hot sauce
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
Get a baking sheet and line with foil paper and grease with cooking spray
Chop wings separating drumette from the flat & tip
Get a napkin and dry chicken and fill baking sheet with chicken
Season side one with ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp cayenne pepper, ½ tsp of salt, ½ tsp pepper
Spray with cooking oil and flip
Repeat the other side with rest of seasoning.
Place in oven for 50 minutes.
Lemon basil sauce:
Squeeze one lemon in bowl add ½ tsp basil and mix.
Place half on the wings in the bowl and toss together to fully coat and plate.
BOOM ! Lemon Basil Tossed Wings
Buffalo Sauce:
Squeeze one lemon in bowl add 3tbsp hot sauce, ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp cayenne pepper and mix together. Add rest of wings to buffalo sauce and toss until fully coated
BOOM ! Buffalo Tossed Wings
Prep: 15 mins
Cook time: 50 mins
Sauce time: 10 mins
Total time: 75 mins
