How To make Easy Way 2 Of Making Couscous
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups couscous
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan. Add the couscous and saute for a minute or two to coat. Add the garlic and saute a few seconds, then add the broth, spice of choice cook for 2 minutes until the liquid appears absorbed. Remove from heat, fluff up with two forks, stir in the butter. Leave to steam, covered, 10 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Or transfer to an ovenproof dish and finish steaming in a 375 oven for 5 to 10 minutes.

- 2 cups of couscous.
- 2 chicken stock cubes+500ml hot water. /500ml hot chicken stock.
- 1 small red onion, chopped.
- Red, yellow and green pepper. Half of each, chopped.
- Oil for frying.
- Paprika, about a tsp.
- pepper for taste.

¼ cup (55 grams) olive oil extra virgin
1 teaspoon (5 grams) lemon zest grated
2 tablespoons (30 grams) lemon juice
1 teaspoon cumin ground
½ teaspoon salt

1 clove garlic grated
COUSCOUS
1 cup (200 grams) couscous dry
1 cup (240 grams) hot water just boiled
1 teaspoon (6 grams) salt
VEGGIES
1 can (15-ounce) (230 grams) chickpeas or 1½ cups cooked
1½ cups (150 grams) cherry tomatoes quartered
1½ cups (200 grams) cucumber diced
1 cup (130 grams) yellow bell pepper diced
1 (30 grams) shallot finely chopped
½ cup (60 grams) olives sliced
1 handful (30 grams) parsley finely chopped

How To Make Couscous
To cook couscous, bring the liquid, olive oil or butter, and salt, if desired, to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Gradually stir in the couscous.
Remove the pan from the heat, cover with the lid, and let stand 5 minutes.
Before serving or using in a recipe, fluff the couscous with a fork.
