Sohla El-Waylly is here showing us how to upgrade our Thanksgiving leftovers. First up, stuffing dumpling soup (0:45), which puts leftover turkey to work in a broth and transforms stuffing into dumplings. Next is a stuffing panzanella (6:42), which reuses stuffing in a bright, textural salad that ties in familiar Thanksgiving flavors. Last, but not least, Sohla's epic leftover turkey club (10:58). It uses cranberry mayo, brussels sprouts, stuffing, turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, so you can have the best of Thanksgiving dinner all in one bite.
