1. In a large pot or 12” Dutch oven brown the hamburger over medium high heat. Season with salt and pepper or seasoning of your choice, to taste. As the meat begins to brown, stir in the onions. Continue cooking until the meat has fully browned and onions are tender. If there is a lot of excess grease, drain.
2. Stir in the Rotel, water, tomato sauce, beans, chipotle peppers or relish. Stir in the seasonings. Adjust taste, if needed.
3. Cover and cook over medium-high heat until it reaches a boil. Boil a couple minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve warm with cheese, onions, sour cream, etc.

Southern style bbq baked beans!!!
*music by teddy P *
Okay ! Heres the southern style bbq baked beans recipe!! So as stated before in previous post.. in my opinion ..bake beans aint baked beans without that meat sopped up in there!!! U can add or take away as much as u want !!! U can add more meat, less meat, turkey, pork, sausage, etc .. and please make sure if you are adding ground meat its SEASONED real good before u add it to the beans ... u can taste the beans as u mix , since the meat u are adding will be cooked already.. adjust the measurements of ingredients I used and so on.. make it your own! Honestly.. its hard to give exact measurements with this one! Its just a feeling!! Just as long as the flavor u like is sopped up in there .. ur good boo!!! This recipe serves about 6 ppl .. you can always freeze the leftovers .. if you need more, just double the recipe! Here’s a tip.. to keep u from getting “gassy”.. add 1 tsp of baking soda to the beans.. Mmkay *Previous post *

Old Fashion Chuckwagon Sandwich | Back In The Day Meal | Ray Mack's Kitchen and Grill
What is a chuckwagon sandwich made out of?
A chuckwagon sandwich is a beef patty or chicken-fried steak in sesame bread served with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. The steak is juicy and tender, and since it's covered in batter, the outside is golden and crispy.
INGREDIENTS
•pre-cooked breaded beef chuckwagons
•large hamburger buns
•slices ripe tomatoes
•pieces iceberg lettuce
•mayonnaise
•sliced cheese
DIRECTIONS
Heat beef patty by pan frying in shallow oil or baking in oven at 350F or using a air fryer 10-12 minutes or until crispy, whichever is directed for your patty or whichever you prefer.
Put together the ingredients on warmed or toasted bun and serve with chips, fries, onion rings, etc.

We think this is the best Texas chili recipe and the internet seems to agree. In this recipe, we use the flat of a brisket for creating tender morsels of chili meat that doesn't come out tasting like pot roast.
This recipe is in the style of Texas barbecue restaurants and is a chili recipe with no beans.
It's a bit like a chile con carne recipe, but we slowly simmer these chunks of beef until they are one solid soup. In fact, you might find that using an immersion blender after the chili cooking gives you even more of a Texas quality chili. Just buzz it a few times to make it extra broken up and mixed well. :)
Ingredients Used:
• 4 slices thick cut bacon
• 3-4 lb. beef brisket, trimmed
• Kosher salt, pepper, onion powder – for liberally sprinkling on the meat while browning.
• 2 c. white onion, small diced (one large onion)
• 5 garlic cloves, pressed through a garlic press
• 1 T paprika
• 1 T. cumin powder
• 3 ½ T Texas chili powder, such as Mexene or Gebhardt’s
• ½ t. dried thyme
• ½ t. chipotle chile powder
• ½ t. salt
• 1 quart beef broth
• ½ c. strong black coffee (you can save this from your morning coffee)
• 28 oz. can whole tomatoes, in juice
I have full step-by-step instructions on the blog and you can read lots of reviews by readers who have won chili cookoffs using this recipe, made this chili and modified the recipe, or even substituted smoked brisket.
