SWEET POTATO CRUNCH
3 CUPS SWEET POTATOES, cooked and mashed
1/2 CUP SUGAR
2 EGGS
1/2 CUP BUTTER, melted
1/2 CUP MILK
1 tsp VANILLA
1 tsp CINNAMON
1 tsp NUTMEG
1/2 tsp GROUND CLOVES
Topping:
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/3 CUP FLOUR
1 CUP PECANS
4 TBLS BUTTER, melted
Combine all ingredients for the filling. Add topping. Bale 350 for 35 mins uncovered.
GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
2 CANS GREEN BEANS
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1/4 CUP MILK
1/2 tsp SALT & PEPPER
1 tsp SOY SAUCE
1/2 CUP FRENCH FRIED ONIONS
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 mins. Add french fried onions to the top and bake 5 minutes longer.
BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
1 1/4 CUP WATER
1 15 OZ JAR OF CHEEZ WIZ
2 16 OZ PKG CHOPPED BROCCOLI
3 CUPS MINUTE RICE
1 SMALL ONION, diced
SALT & PEPPER
Mix soups, water, cheez wiz, salt, and pepper. Add broccoli, onion, and rice. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
JIFFY CORN CASSEROLE
1 15oz CREAM CORN
1 15 oz WHOLE KERNEL CORN
1 8.5 oz JIFFY CORNBREAD MIX
1/2 CUP BUTTER, melted
1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
2 EGGS
1 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE (Can add more on top)
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 covered for 45 minutes then 15 minutes uncovered.

TATER TOT CASSEROLE:
Organic Frozen Tater Tots (5-10 Cups)
TASTY TOPPINGS:
Chopped Green Onions or Cilantro (¼ Cup)
Follow Your Heart Feta Cheese (⅓ Cup
Red Chilis or Sliced Jalapeño (2-4 Tbs)
FESTIVE FILLINGS:
Vegan Butter or Oil (3 Tbs)
Diced Red Onions (1 Cup)
Minced Garlic (2 Tbs)
Diced Red Bell Pepper (1 Cup)
Black Beans (1 Cup)
Brown Quinoa (½ Cup)
Corn (1 Cup)
Diced Tomatoes (½ Cup)
Steak Seasoning (2 Tbs)
Taco Seasoning (3 Tbs)
Vegan Worcestershire Sauce ( 1 Tbs)
Maple Syrup (1.5 Tbs)
Salt and Pepper to Taste (¼-1 Tbs)
(Sauté together until cooked down and the veggies are soft)
TOMATO CREAM:
Tomato Sauce (¼ Cup)
Vegetable Broth (2 Tbs)
Nutritional Yeast (2 Tbs)
Follow Your Heart Sour Cream (⅓ Cup)
(Mix together until smooth and thick)
MIX TOGETHER:
