1-2 cups baby bokchoy
1-2 cups shitake mushrooms
2 lbs Shrimp
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
spaghetti noodles or Lo Mein Noodles
Sauce:
1/4 cup chicken broth
2-3 tbsps oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsps corn starch
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1/4-1/2 tsp liquid smoke

RECIPE BELOW: This is a delicious spicy shrimp dish with loads of ginger, garlic, and cilantro. Get the hand towels out, it's finger licking good!
Serves 4
Ingredients:
• 1-1.25# head on unpeeled shrimp, deveined
• 1/2 sm yellow onion, sliced thin
• 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 thumb size peeled ginger, minced
• 4-5 green onions, minced
• 1/2 bunch cilantro, large cut
• 1 Tbsp Godmother Chili Black Bean Sauce or chili sauce of your choice
• 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
• 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1 Tsp sugar
• Oil for cooking

Wok cooking at high temperatures is fun, but make sure you have all ingredients at the ready. Your second piece of planning is to make sure you add your ingredients in the order of how quickly they cook, starting with the slowest. Usually you will end with those items that just need heating through, rather than a thorough cooking. This recipe is very easy and super tasty and might easily be confused with a restaurant meal. Ingredients:
200 grams cooked and peeled prawns
4 cloves of garlic crushed
2 cm piece of fresh ginger chopped finely
1 onion chopped finely
4 spring onions roughly chopped
1/2 red capsicum diced
1 and 1/2 cups of mung bean sprouts
2 nests of thin egg noodles
2 free range medium size eggs
Coriander leaves
Sesame seed oil
Soy sauce with honey
Sweet chili sauce
Oyster sauce
Low salt soy sauce

Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper.
Add oil to a skillet, along with butter.
Add the shrimp and cook thoroughly.
Remove the shrimp.
Add garlic, and combine. Add the red chili flakes and combine.
Add lemon juice, and re-add the shrimp.
Add butter and garnish with fresh parsley.
