How To make Fettucine with Shrimp and Scallions(Ginger Chili Sauce)
1/3 pound fettucine
fresh
2 teaspoons fresh ginger root :
finely chopped
2 each green onions finely chopped
2 tablespoons pecan pieces :
finely chopped
1 teaspoon peanut oil
12 shrimp, cooked tails removed
:
bowl----- 1 teaspoon Chili Sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
Bring a medium pan of water to a boil, allowing 5 to 10 minutes for this before you begin the recipe. Put the ginger, green onion and pecans in a food processor and chop. In a bowl, combine the chili sauce (e.g., Heinz), soy sauce, garlic and sesame oil. Clean shrimp and remove tails. When the water is boiling, add the fettucini and simmer 2 to 3 minutes until tender but still chewy. Meanwhile, heat wok and oil with the peanut oil (or canola oil). Add the processed ingredients; add the shrimp. Drain the pasta. Add to the wok. Toss with the chili sauce ingredients. Serve at once.
'Oh, was that good!' Very fast meal. Boiling the water took the longest. (served with mixed green salad, jicama chips and raspberry vinaigrette.

Grilled Shrimp In Ginger Scallion Sauce
Chef Frank shares his recipe for grilled shrimp in ginger scallion sauce! Shrimp has never tasted so good as when topped with this delicious ginger scallion sauce.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. shrimp
1 lg. bunch scallions
1 lg. piece ginger 4x3 inches
corn oil
sesame oil
salt
fresh black pepper
Recipe
1. Clean and devein shrimp.
2. Place of skewer.
3. Brush with corn oil.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Remove skin from ginger using a spoon.
6. Mince ginger with knife or food processor.
7. Minced scallions with knife or food processor.
8. Combine 1/2 cup ginger with 1/2 scallions.
9. Add 1/2 tsp. salt
10. Add 1/2 tsp sesame oil.
Adjust seasoning. Make sure you can taste all components.
It should be slightly salty!
11. Grill shrimp and put sauce on top!

Bang Bang Shrimp with Pasta | Easy Spicy Shrimp and Pasta Recipe
Bang Bang Shrimp with Pasta
1 lb Pasta ( fettuccine or spaghetti)
3 Tbsp Butter
2 lb Shrimp - peeled & deveined
1 1/2 C Heavy Cream
1 C Sweet Chili Sauce
3 - 4 Cloves Garlic - minced
1 Tbsp Ginger - minced
2 tsp Sriracha Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 Lime - juiced
Lime Slices
1 Bunch Scallions - sliced
Cook pasta according to directions.
Heat butter on medium to high heat in a large skillet add garlic & ginger cooking for 1 - 2 minutes. Add shrimp cooking until they just start to turn pink. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.
Pour heavy cream into pan heating on medium heat. Season with salt & pepper. Once it starts to come to a boil add sweet chili sauce, stir until combined then stir in sriracha. Add the shrimp back into the pan & add lime juice. Toss in pasta & lime slices.
Garnish with scallions.
