boneless fish 500g
Salt 3/4 tsp
cumin powder 1tsp
Black pepper 3/4 tsp
red chilli 1/2 tsp
white vinegar 1 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
all purpose flour 1,1/2 tbsp
corn starch 3 tbsp
egg 1 medium
breadcrumbs 1,1/2 cup
mix herbs 1 tsp
oil for frying

FISH CURRY
Preparation time 15 minutes
Cooking time 20-25 minutes
Serving 4
Ingredients
For Marinating Fish
6-7 Fish, cut in darne , मछली
Salt to taste , नमक स्वादअनुसार
½ tsp Turmeric powder , हल्दी पाउडर
For Frying
4 tbsp Mustard oil , सरसों का तेल
Marinated Fish , मैरिनेटेड मछली
1 medium Potato, peeled, cut in wedges , आलू
For Fish Curry
Remaining Mustard oil , बचा हुआ सरसों का तेल
1 Bay leaf , तेजपत्ता
½ tsp Onion seeds , कलौंजी
1 inch Ginger, julienned , अदरक
2 fresh Green chillies, slit in half , हरी मिर्च
½ cup Onion paste , प्याज का पेस्ट
Fried Potato , तला हुआ आलू
½ tsp Degi red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
Water , पानी
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 medium Tomato, cubed , टमाटर (optional)
Fried Fish , तली हुई मछली
Fresh Coriander leaves, roughly torn , धनिया पत्ता
For Garnish
Fresh Coriander leaves , धनिया पत्ता
Process
For Marinating Fish
Apply turmeric powder, salt to both sides of the fish properly and keep aside for further use.
For Frying
In a pan heat mustard oil and fry the marinated fish on medium high heat from both sides until golden brown.
Remove and keep aside.
Then add the potato wedges and also fry them until golden brown in the same oil.
Remove them and keep aside for further use.
For Fish Curry
In the same pan with the remaining oil add bay leaf, onion seeds, ginger julienne, green chillies and saute for a few seconds.
Now add onion paste and continue cooking on medium heat until it turns light brown and oil starts separating.
Then add fried potato, degi red chilli powder, water, salt and cook until the potatoes are completely cooked.
Add cubed tomatoes, fried fish and stir it properly with light hands.
After a minute switch off the flames and cover and let it sit for 5-6 minutes
Remove the lid and add coriander leaves and serve hot with rice and garnish with coriander leaves.

Fish Kebab with Green Chutney
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Fish boneless cubes 300 gms
-Tez paat (Bay leaf) 1
-Sabut lal mirch (Whole red chilies) 4-5
-Adrak (Ginger) ½ inch piece
-Lehsan (Garlic) 4 cloves
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 7-8
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
-Laung (Cloves) 4
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Pani (Water) ¾ Cup or as required
-Moong daal (Split yellow lentil) ½ Cup (soaked & boiled)
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 small
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) finely chopped 3-4
-Podina (Mint leaves) finely chopped ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) finely chopped ½ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) beaten 2
-Bread crumbs (finely grinned) 1 Cup or as required
-Oil for frying
Green Chutney:
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 5-6
-Imli ka pani (Tamarind water) ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kala namak (Black salt) ¼ tsp
-Podina (Mint leaves) ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ½ Cup
Directions:
-In pot,add fish boneless cubes,bay leaf,whole red chilies,garlic,ginger,cinnamon sticks,black peppercorns,black cardamom,cloves,cumin seeds,salt,water and mix well,bring it to boil,cover and cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes then cook on high flame until water dries up & let it cool down.
-In chopper,add split yellow lentil,boiled fish mixture and remove bay leaf.
-Add cumin powder,garam masala powder,salt,red chili powder,egg and chop until well combined.
-In bowl,add chopped mixture,onion,green chilies,mint leaves,fresh coriander and mix well.
-Grease your hands with oil,take a mixture and makes 12 kebabs of equal sizes.
-Now dip into beaten eggs and coat in bread crumbs.
-In frying pan,heat oil and fry kebabs until golden brown.
-Can be stored up to 2 weeks in freezer.
For Green Chutney:
-In blender,add green chilies,tamarind water,salt,black salt,mint leaves,fresh coriander and blend well.

-Chopper mein moong daal aur boiled fish mixture dal dein aur tez paat ko nikal lein.
-Zeera powder,garam masala powder,namak,lal mirch powder aur anda dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Bowl mein chopped mixture,pyaz,hari mirchein,podina aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko la ker ek jaisay sizes ka 12 kebabs bana lein.
-Ab pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur bread crumbs mein coat ker lein.
-Frying pan mein oil garam karein aur kebabs ko golden brown fry ker lein.
-2 weeks kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
For Green Chutney:
-Blender mein hari mirchein,imli ka pani,namak,kala namak,podina aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.

Lemon Butter Garlic Fish Recipe | Grilled Fish In Lemon Butter Sauce | Pan Grilled Fish In Butter Garlic Sauce | Fish In Butter Garlic Lemon Sauce | Grilled Fish Recipe | Butter Garlic Fish Fry
Ingredients for Butter Garlic Fish:
(Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon )
Boneless Fish Fillets - 350 gms (cut into 3 inch chunks)
For Marination & Coating:
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
- Crushed pepper- 1/2- 3/4 tsp
- Garlic powder- 1/4 tsp
- Dry coating with:
- All Purpose flour- 1/2 cup
Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce:
- Butter- 4-5 tbsp
- Salt- pinch
- Crushed pepper- 1/2 tsp
- Fine chopped garlic- 2 tsp
- Fine chopped parsley- 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli flakes- 1 tsp
- Lemon juice- 2 tsp
- All purpose flour-2 tsp
Preparation:
- Wash and pat dry the boneless fish fillets. Cut them into 3 inch chunks.
- Now add the ingredients for the marinade, rub these on the pieces and set aside for 15-20 mins.
- Now add the all purpose flour on a plate and spread it evenly.
- To dry coat the fish pieces, place the pieces on the flour one at a time and roll it to coat the pieces fully.
Process:
- Heat a skillet and add olive oil or any other white oil.
- Place the battered fish pieces side by side and fry on medium high heat for around 3 mins. Flip all the pieces and continue to fry on medium heat for another 3 mins. Once browned on both sides, remove and on a plate.
To make the sauce:
- Take another pan and heat the butter.
- Now add the chopped garlic and fry for a minute on low heat.
- Now season with pinch of salt and the crushed pepper, give a mix. Add the all purpose flour and cook for 30-60 secs on low heat.
- Lastly add the lemon juice, fine chopped parsley and red chilli flakes.
- Cook for a minute. Remove and pour over the fried fish pieces.
