One secret ingredient to make the best quiche on toast

INGREDIENTS (2 servings):
2 slices brioche bread
1 egg
1 Tbsp heavy cream
1 Tbsp grated parmesan (or grated cotija)
1 Tbsp dried minced onion
1 slice deli ham
2 Tbsp shredded cheddar (or mexican blend)
Salt and pepper
Unsalted butter
Parsley or chives for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix the batter ingredients until well blended and smooth
2. Press down the bread to create a well, leaving the edges intact
3. Spread butter evenly on top of the bread
4. Pour the mixture into the well and sprinkle with herbs
5. Air fry at 350°F (177°C) for 7 minutes (for cooking one slice)
6. Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm

Pâte Brisée (or Shortcrust Pastry) - My baking dish is 12in across
200g Smoked Lardons (or Smoked Bacon)
6 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of Milk
3 Full Tablespoons of Crème Fraîche (Cream)
50 to 70g Grated Gruyère (or Cheddar)
A Sprinkle of Grated Nutmeg
Bake at 180C or 200C (356F or 390F) for 20-25 min (depending on ovens).
Other Options:
You can use: puff pastry instead of shortcut; or diced ham instead of the smoked lardons.
