How To make Fudgy Cheesecake Swirl Brownies
CREAM CHEESE BATTER:
1 pk Cream cheese, softened (8oz)
1/2 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 t Vanilla extract
CHOCOLATE BATTER:
3/4 c Butter
2 Foil-wrapped bars NESTLE
-unsweetened chocolate -baking bars 1 3/4 c Sugar
3 Eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c All-purpose flour
CREAM CHEESE BATTER: Preheat oven to 350'F. In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Beat in 1 egg and vanilla extract; set aside. CHOCOLATE BATTER: In heavy-gauge, medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter and Nestle unsweetened chocolate bars, stirring until smooth. Stir in 1 3/4 cups sugar. Blend in 3 eggs. Stir in flour. Spread Chocolate Batter into greased 13x9" baking pan. Smooth Cream Cheese Batter over top. Swirl metal spatula through batters to marbleize. Bake 30-35 minutes until edges begin to pull away from side of pan. Cool completely; cut into 2" bars. Makes about 2 dozen brownies.

Bahan lapisan keju:
- keju spread / cream cheese 170gr
- gula halus 1 sdm
- telur 1 butir
- perasan jeruk nipis 1 sdm
- terigu protein sedang1 sdm
Bahan brownies:
- dark cooking chocolate 150gr
- minyak sayur 40ml
- butter 50gr
- telur 2 butir
- gula halus 150gr (saya pakai gula pasir yang di blender)
- tepung terigu protein sedang 100gr
- coklat bubuk 35gr

For the brownie batter:
170g semisweet Dark chocolate
1/2 cup (100g) White sugar
1/3 cup (68g) Brown sugar
2/3 cup (155g) Butter
1/4 cup (30g) Cocoa powder
3/4 cup (100g) All-purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 Eggs
1 egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the cheesecake:
1 cup (225g) Cream cheese
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 cup (50g) Sugar
Tips:
-preheat the oven to 180 C.
-Bake for 25-30 minutes, until center is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean with a few fudgy crumbs.
-If the center is slightly wet, take it out of the oven and let it cool at room temperature to set. Do not overbake.

A brownie classic! Who can resist rich cream cheese marbled through rich fudgy brownies?
Recipe:

Ingredients
Filling
4 oz cream cheese, softened (from 8 oz package)
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Brownies
1 box (1 lb 6.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Supreme original brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Steps
1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; beat until well blended. Set aside.
2. Make brownie batter as directed on box. Spread three-fourths of the batter in pan. Spoon filling by tablespoonfuls evenly onto batter. Spoon remaining batter over filling. Cut through mixture several times with knife for marbled design. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
3. Bake 33 to 37 minutes or until toothpick inserted in brownie 1 inch from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 1/2 hours. For brownies, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.
