This apple cake recipe is the easiest recipe out there. All you need is few basic ingredients and 10 minutes of work. Even if you are a beginner baker with no experience you can make this cake. This homemade apple cake is soft, light and very delicious.

Ingredients:
4 Apples, diced
2 Eggs
1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons (125g) Sugar
100ml Milk
1/4 cup (60ml) Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 2/3 cups (210g) Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Powdered sugar for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). line a parchment paper on the bottom of a 8-inch (20cm) springform pan and grease the parchment.
2. In a small bowl whisk flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
3. Cut the apples into small chunks/cubes and set aside.
4. In a large bowl, place and sugar, whisk until light and fluffy
5. Add milk, oil and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined.
6. Sift in the flour mixture and mix until incorporated.
7. Place chopped apples into prepared pan and pour the batter over the apples. Shake the pan.
8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, dust with powdered sugar.
Notes:
• Can be served with vanilla ice cream.
• Optional spiced: cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, ginger powder and more.
Delicious & Quick Fluffy Apple Cake / Easy Recipe
This easy apple cake is a delicious dessert that's perfect for any occasion. The cake has a light and fluffy texture and is infused with the sweet and tangy flavors of apples and lemon juice. The cake batter is made with a combination of eggs, sugar, yogurt, milk, sunflower oil, and vanilla extract. This creates a moist and tender crumb that is perfectly complemented by the sweet and slightly tart apple slices.
To make the cake, you'll need 2 apples, which you'll need to peel and slice into thin pieces.In a pan, melt 25 grams of butter and add apple slices, add 15 grams of lemon juice and 20 grams of sugar. Cook the apple slices in the mixture until they soften a little.
Next, prepare a cake batter by whisking 2 eggs with 130g of sugar, adding 60g of yogurt, 60ml of milk, 60ml of sunflower oil, and a dash of vanilla extract to the egg mixture and whisk until well combined. Sift 200g of flour and 8g of baking powder into the mixture and gently fold until the batter is smooth.
Pour the cake batter into a greased 18cm cake pan and arrange the cooked apple slices on top.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Once the cake is done, let it cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the pan and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely. If you like, you can grill the cake for an additional 2 minutes until the top is golden brown. This apple cake is a crowd-pleaser and is sure to become a family favorite!

Traditional German apple cake ????????| 100 year old recipe l Apfelkuchen
German apple cake filled with apples, this cake is delicious as breakfast or a dessert. What you'll need to make this traditional German cake are simple ingredients. You can add vanilla extract or almond extract if you like.
Ingredients:
½ cup (125g) butter
⅔ cup (150g) sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ cups (200g) all purpose flour (if you have a scale, I recommend you use it for the flour)
1 Tbsp (15ml) baking powder
If your batter is too thick, you can use up to 2 TBSP (30 ml) of milk
For the crumble:
4 TBSP (57g) butter
4 TBSP (60g) sugar
4 TBSP (30g) flour
In a bowl, beat 125 g butter (room temperature)
Add sugar and mix until soft
Add 2 eggs at room temperature .
Sift flour and baking powder
Mix until the batter is fluffy.
Grease a pan with butter and add parchment paper to the bottom of the pan.
Add the batter,
Peel and cut apples in slices. You may need 2 or 3 depending on the size of apples.
Place apples on top of the batter.
Make the crumble with 4 TBSP of butter, all purpose flour and sugar.
Use your hands to make the crumble.
Place crumble on cake.
Bake at 375F (180C) for 30-40 minutes. I recommend you use an oven thermometer to make sure you have the right temperature.
Let cake cool for 30 minutes before serving.
