Rani Palak With French Fries - New Style to make aalu palak
Ingredients Required -
Spinach
Potatoes
Green chilies
garlic
Ginger
spices -
Cumin seeds
Salt
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Procedure -
Blanch Spinach cool it down
make puree
Fry potatoes Golden keep aside
Take a pot add oil heat it add cumin seeds let it brown add chopped garlic let it brown add spinach puree cook for 2min add spices Red chilli powder coriander powder salt garam masala cook for 2min add potatoes cook for 2min
garnish with coriander leaves
serve hot with parattha nan

For Paneer Preparation
Ingredients Required:
Milk – 1 litre
Lemon – 1
Preparation:
1.Boil milk
2.Squeeze lemon into milk so that milk curdles
3.Now take a cloth and add curdled milk on cloth and squeeze to remove water
4.Now clean paneer with normal water to remove lemon taste
5.Now knead paneer for 5mins
6.Get paneer to square shape and close with cloth and keep some heavy weight on it and leave for 2hrs
7.2hrs later open cloth and cut paneer into cubes
8.Homemade paneer is ready
For Paneer Butter Masala
Ingredients Required:
Paneer – 200gm
Onion -2
Tomato- 2
Cloves -2
Cinnamon -2
Cashews – 5 or 6
Elachi -2
Ginger – small piece
Kasuri methi – 1tbsp
Fresh Cream – 2tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1tbsp
Garlic – 6 or 7 cloves
Salt – 2tsp or based on your taste
Coriander powder- 1tsp
Garam masala – 1/2tsp
Preparation:
1.Add 2tbsp butter into a heated pan
2.Add cubed onions, elachi, cinnamon, cloves and fry for a minute
3.Add garlic cloves, ginger, cashews and fry for a minute
4.Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are cooked perfectly
5.Off the stove and let it cool completely to grind it
6.Now add to mixi jar and grind to fine paste
7.Add 3tbsp butter to a heated pan
8.Add kashmiri red chilli powder and fry for a minute
9.Add grounded paste and mix
10.Cook till oil separates
11.Now add salt, coriander powder and garam masala and mix
12.Add little water and cook for 5mins
13.Add cubed paneer and mix
14.Add crushed kasuri methi , fresh cream and mix
15.Finally restaurant style paneer butter masala is ready
For paneer fried rice
Ingredients Required:
Paneer – 250gms
Ghee – 2tsp
Oil – 2tsp
Onion – 1
Green chillies – 1
Carrot – 1
Salt – 2tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2tsp
Soya sauce – 1tbsp
Vinegar – 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2tsp
Preparation:
1.Add ghee to heated pan
2.Add cubed paneer and fry till colour changes in medium heat
3.Add salt, red chilli powder, 1/4tsppepper powder and fry along with paneer for 2mins
4.Keep paneer aside
5.To the same pan add oil to heated pan
6.Add chopped onion, mirchi, carrot and fry in medium heat
7.Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2mins
8.Now add boiled rice and mix all together
9.Add 1/4tsp pepper powder, salt, red chilli powder and mix
10.Add fried paneer pieces and mix
11.Add soya sauce and vinegar and mix
12.Finally paneer fried rice is ready to serve
For Paneer popcorn
Ingredients :
Paneer – 250gms
Maida – 1cup
Corn flour – 1/4th cup
Bread Crumbs
Salt -1tsp
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Pepper powder -1/2tsp
Ginger garlic paste -1/2tsp
Preparation:
1.Cut paneer into cubes
2.To a mixing bowl, add maida, corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste
3.Mix all together
4.Add water and prepare loose paste
5.Now dip each panner into paste, and dust with breadcrumbs
6.Make panner pieces ready dipped in paste and dust with breadcrumbs
7.Now add into hot oil for deep fry in medium flame
8.Paneer popcorn is ready to serve
For Paneer bhurji
Ingredients Required:
Paneer – 250gms
Oil – 2tbsp
Cumin seeds – 2tsp
Curry leaves
Onion – 1
Green chillies – 2
Tomato -1
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2tsp
Salt – 1tsp
Red chilli powder – 1tsp
Garam masala – 1tsp
Preparation:
1.Grate paneer and keep aside
2.Add oil to heated pan
3.Add cumin seeds and curry leaves and fry
4.Add chopped onion and mirchi and fry till onion colour changes
5.Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2mins
6.Add chopped tomato and cook perfectly
7.Now add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and mix all together
8.Now add grated paneer and mix
9.Ready to serve
