How To make Goat Cheese Quiche
3/4 cup whipping cream
2 eggs
Salt Freshly ground black pepper 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 cup shredded jalapeno jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup soft goat cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/8 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chives
Pre-baked pastry for (9-inch) tart
1) Whisk together whipping cream, eggs and dash each salt and pepper.
2) Combine shredded Swiss, jalapeno, jack and mozzarella cheeses in small bowl. In another bowl, beat goat cheese, cream cheese, garlic, chives, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste until smooth. 3) Scatter shredded cheeses over bottom of pastry. Spoon goat cheese mixture in small dollops over top. Slowly pour egg mixture over all. Place tart pan on baking sheet to make handling easier and catch any overflow. 4) Bake at 375 degrees until top is lightly browned, about 35 to 40 minutes. Set aside 10 minutes before cutting. Serve warm or at room temperature. NOTE: Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated. Let come to room temperature before reheating. Bake at 300 degrees until warm, not hot, about 15 minutes. Makes 8 to 12 servings. Each serving contains about: 413 calories; 411 mg sodium; 115 mg cholesterol; 33 grams fat; 18 grams carbohydrates; 13 grams protein;0.08 gram fiber. Typed by Lynn Thomas. My wife is a huge fan of Brunch type foods. So I get to experiment and play with them a lot. This is one of our variations on basic quiche that we love in our house. This Goat Cheese Quiche with it's winter greens has a great little pop to it, and it is something that anyone you make it for probably hasn't had or been done to death so I figured I would make it and let you guys try one of our favorites.
Total Time: 35 Minutes
Makes: 4-5 Servings
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Garlic cloves, Finely Diced
1 5oz. Package of Winter Greens (mine was Kale and Spinach)
Salt
1 Frozen Puff Pastry, Thawed
5 oz. Goat Cheese, Crumbled
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
4 Large Eggs
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg

Hello everyone, today Recipe Cooking presents the following recipe: Tomato goat cheese quiche
Here is the recipe in detail:
For 6 persons
TOTAL TIME: 55 mins
Preparation: 15 mins
Cooking: 40 mins
Ingredients :
1 shortcrust pastry
3 eggs
25 cl fresh cream
15 pigeon heart tomatoes
1/2 log of goat cheese
Provence herbs
salt, ground pepper
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 180°C (th. 6). Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half lengthwise.
Cut the goat cheese log into small pieces.
Step 2: In a bowl, beat the eggs into an omelet. For in the fresh cream, tomatoes and Provencal herbs.
Salt, pepper, and mix well.
Step 3: Unroll the dough in a mold and prick the bottom with a fork.
Place the pieces of goat cheese in the bottom then cover with the mixture. Bake for 40 mins.
Step 4: Tip: You can also place slices of goat cheese log on top of the quiche so that the cheese browns.

Today I am sharing how I make my quick and easy veggie quiche. I mostly always cheat when making quiche as I tend to buy a ready made base. I less see it as cheating and more see it as a time saving Mum hack!!! hehe!! I hope you enjoy this recipe and thank you as always for watching :)
INGREIDENTS:
1/2 white onion
1 garlic clove
2 eggs
150g single cream
100g sun dried tomatoes
75g goats cheese
Salt & pepper
20cm savoury pastry round
METHOD:
1. Finely dice onion & garlic
2. Sauté onion & garlic for 5 minutes
3. crack eggs into bowl and add single cream and salt & pepper
4. Add salted onions & garlic to pastry base along with egg & cream mix
5. Move ingredients in pastry base to make sure they are evenly distributed
6. Bake for 25 minutes at 180C
7. Cut and enjoy!
