My grandma never made these muffins, but she could have, relates John T. Ham, Jr., of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. "They're good, old-fashioned grandma quality. Serve them any time of the year, but take along some for a breakfast picnic. Or wait till a picnic draws close and bring them out as an end-of-the-day treat." At least four generations of John's clan have rated Devil's Backbone State Park near Strawberry Point, Iowa, their top picnic spot. 1. In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 cup
sugar, baking powder, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, baking soda, and cloves.
Stir in apple and walnuts. 2. Combine eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter. Add
flour to the mixture. Stir till just combined. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups or pans lined with paper bake cups. 3. For Streusel topping, in a small bowl, stir
together the 1/2 cup flour, the brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir in softened butter. Sprinkle over batter in muffin cups. 4. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve warm.

Blueberry Muffins Recipe Demonstration - How to Make the Best Blueberry Muffins Ever
Blueberry muffins with a crumb topping is what you're craving. They're light and fluffy, all natural, sweet anytime food. Anyone can learn how to make homemade blueberry muffins with this complete recipe and tutorial.
This is my granny's recipe ----
One of my favorite memories as a kid, was picking blueberries with my mom, granny, several of my aunts and a bunch of us kids. We ate as many while we were picking as we brought back home. We used them to make blueberry muffins, pies and jams.
There were so many of us that we only got one muffin each, so I ate mine slowly and savored it. It usually took me 30 minutes to eat a muffin.
Now that I'm not a kid anymore and I can have all of the muffins I want, I popped 3 of them in my mouth as soon as they came out of the oven before they had time to cool.
Make sure you hide a few for yourself before you yell fresh blueberry muffins because the hollers and hills will empty out.

MOIST Bran Muffins w/Raisins. THE BEST!!
I’ve tried to perfect muffins MANY TIMES to make them moist and not dry. Especially the next day, different recipes seem to dry out overnight. However! :-) These ones are a sure winner. I like that they don’t have white sugar in them also. I used raisin bran cereal this time, but you can use any brand cereal you like. Please follow along as I explain a little tips and tricks along the way. One of them is using cupcake papers and the difference between using theirs and not using those. Thank you so much, I really hope you will make these wonderful and very very delicious muffins! I do have a very nice Facebook group by the same name #CookingWithAuntShirley Never any pop-up ads, and more interactive whereby you can ask questions and learn a lot, and add a lot to our little group! God bless you!
