How To make Green Beans Supreme
1 lb Green beans; fresh, trimmed
-and french cut 1 c Water
1/2 lb Mushrooms; fresh, sliced
3 tb Butter
1/2 c Ham; chopped
ds Nutmeg 1/4 c Parmesan; grated
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Butter
1 c Heavy cream
1 Egg
1 Lemon; juice of
Salt; to taste Pepper; to taste Cook green beans in salted water using the 1/2 teaspoon salt in covered pot until crisp tender. Drain. In skillet, suate sliced mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter. Add mushrooms to green beans using slotted spoon. Add 3 tablespoons butter and cream to beans and cook, uncovere, on low heat
until absorbed. In a small bowl, beat egg, nutmeg, lemon juice and grated parmesan cheese. Stir ham into green beans and mushrooms and heat through. Mix egg mixture in and remove form heat. 6 servings

¼ cup shredded Gruyère cheese
¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt

Stuffing Green Bean Casserole
Cheesy green bean casserole topped with stove-top stuffing mix.
Ingredients:
2 ( 15 oz.) cans green beans, drained
1 ( 10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 ( 10 oz.) box stove top stuffing mix
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare stove top stuffing mix according to package directions. In a small greased baking dish, combine cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir in drained green beans.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Top with prepared stuffing mix over the cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

- 1 tsp Thrive Garlic
- 1 tsp Thrive Chef's Choice
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup fried onions
- 1-2 cups Thrive Shredded Cheddar cheese
1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2: Combine green beans, garlic, chef's choice in a large bowl and add about ¼ cup water to refresh, add more as needed.
3: Hydrate the shredded cheddar cheese
4: Add half the cheese and mushroom soup to green bean mixture, stir to combine
5: Transfer to casserole dish and top with remaining cheese and fried onions
6: Bake in preheated oven until the cheese melts and the onions just begin to brown.
