How To make Green Oaks Cheese Spread
Jim Vorheis 16 oz Cream cheese
1 lb Jar sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 lb Soft butter
1/4 c Dry sherry
2 tb Dry vermouth
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
2 dr To 3 dr Tabasco sauce
1/2 ts Seasoned salt
1/2 ts Celery salt
1/4 ts Oregano
Mix cheese with butter until thoroughly blended. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed. Pack in a crock, cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature to serve with crackers. Colorado Cache Cookbook (1978) From the collection of Jim Vorheis

Smoked Mac and Cheese on the Traeger Timberline 1300 | Heath Riles BBQ
This is the perfect side dish to go with whatever you're grilling this weekend. Easy and cheesy! This is one of my favorite ways to make a smoked mac and cheese. Just let you smoker do all the work! No need to boil your noodles. This is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.

WHAT HEATH USED
• Aluminum Sheet Pan
• Traeger Timberline 1300
• Royal Oak 100% Charcoal Hardwood Pellets
• Heath Riles BBQ Everyday Rub
• Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter Rub
• Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
• YETI Rambler 30oz Tumbler
INGREDIENTS:
• Heath Riles BBQ Everyday Rub
• Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter Rub
• Killer Hogs Hot Sauce
• 1/2 stick of butter
• 3 cups of milk
• 2 cups of heavy cream
• 1 cup of grated Colby Cheese
• 1 cup of grated Monterey Jack
• 1 cup of grated White Cheddar
• 1 lb of elbow noodles
• 1 8oz block of cream cheese
• 1 cup of grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Get your grill up to 275º.
2. Place all your ingredients in your pan and stir. Place grated cheese on top before putting it on your grill. Save some grated cheese to place on your mac and cheese later.
3. Place on your grill for 2 hours. Stir every 30 minutes. Place leftover grated cheese on top about 15-20 minutes before your mac and cheese is done.
4. Once it's done, scoop and serve.

Grilled some burgers with cheese and green chile.
I was inspired by Lotaburgers Green Chile Cheese Burger to make a video.

Regular Kingsford Charcoal Briquettes,
The 26 inch Weber Kettle,
Victorinox 8 inch Butcher Knife Granton Edge,
Brioche Buns,
Regular Green Chile Peppers ( not Hatch),
And The Sirman 5 inch Burger Press.

Wisconsin Brat and Beer Cheese Dip Recipe | Episode 452
I have a ton of friends just to the north of the Illinois border in Wisconsin. So of course I have recipes just for my Wisconsin guys and gals. I had done my Wisconsin Brat Burger, my Brat Fries things like that. Alas though it has been awhile since I paid homage to my friends north of the border in the great cold tundra of Milwaukee lol... ok maybe it isn't a tundra but I don't like any cold lol. That said today's recipe is for them an Awesome Wisconsin Brat and Beer Cheese Dip. I mean really what comes to mind when I say Wisconsin food? Beer, Brats and Cheese Curds.. so Check, check and check they are all in there. Not only do you end up with a nice homage to the state of Wisconsin you end up with a simply fantastic party dip. So next time your team is facing the Packers make this one up and enjoy something from Wisconsin while you root against the Pack lol.
Total Time: 40 Minutes
Makes: 16 Servings
1 lb. Bratwurst, Removed from casing
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/4 Cup Flour
1-1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Beer
1 Pckg. Pork Gravy
1-1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Cheese Curds
