How To make Grilled Summer Squash
1 lb Yellow crookneck;
-=OR=- 1 lb Zucchini,
-OR- 1 lb Pattypan squash;
1 ts Margarine;
2 tb Fresh lemon juici;
1 ts Fresh rosemary; chopped
-=OR=- 1/4 ts Crushed dried rosemary;
Cut 4 yellow crookneck, zucchini, or pattypan squash, about 1 pound total, in half lengthwise. Brush with a mixture of margarine, fresh lemon juice and rosemary. Grill over medium-hot coals, 4 to 6 inches source of heat, for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every few minutes, until tender when pierced. How to Make Easy Grilled Zucchini | The Stay At Home Chef
Grilled Zucchini is a summertime favorite! Cooking this summer garden vegetable favorite on the grill brings out a lot of great flavor in a matter of minutes. It's so easy!

✅Ingredients
• 8 medium-sized zucchini, trimmed
• 1 lemon, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:00:14 - Cut the zucchini in half, slicing lengthwise.
2️⃣ 00:00:26 - Squeeze lemon juice over zucchini halves and brush with olive oil.
3️⃣ 00:00:45 - Season lightly with salt, or to taste, and sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over.
4️⃣ 00:01:18 - Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat, about 350 degrees F.
5️⃣ 00:01:26 - Place zucchini directly onto a well oiled grate, flesh side down to start. Cook with the lid closed, about 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Grilled Summer Squash and Zucchini

Ingredients:
4 small summer squash and/or zucchini
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Cut each squash in half lengthwise and do not peel. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. To grill, please the squash on a rack set 6 inches from the heat source. Baste squash with half the sauce. Grill about five minutes on each side, baste with remaining sauce.
Note: makes eight servings, serving size: Half small zucchini or squash, calories: 45, that: 4 g, sodium: 1 mg, carbohydrate: 2 g
