Form ground beef into four quarter-pound patties. Separate with waxed paper; fr eeze in 1-quart freezer bag. Bundle with: four hamburger buns in gallon freezer bag.. To prepare: do not thaw. Place frozen patties in skillet and pan-broil, OR, broil over barbecue grill.

Welcome to Easy Freezer Meals. Today we are making Veggie Burgers (Easy Freezer Meals) and you are going to love the bold flavors of this delicious patty. In addition to that it's incredibly easy to make.
A few years ago I stumbled upon a recipe at food.com and absolutely fell in love with it. Here is a link to the original recipe:
What I love about this recipe is how customizable it is. You can add shredded carrots, finely chopped broccoli, mushrooms, or spinach if you want to. For this video I kept the recipe mainly whole as the flavors and textures from this patty are great. When we make this recipe we normally make 400-500 patties at a time (That's what you are seeing in the video). The recipe I will have below will make about 8 patties.. 6 tablespoons diced red onions
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1/4 cup red bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped button mushrooms (optional)
4 oz spinach rough chopped (optional)
1 Tablespoons chopped jalapenos (1 jalapeno)
1 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped artichokes

1# cooked chickpeas
1# Cooked black beans
1# cooked White beans
6oz rolled oats (by weight)
1 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 Tablespoons dried parsley
1 teaspoons chili flakes
1 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoons celery salt
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
2 eggs
In a skillet with a little olive oil cook all the ingredients in section 1 till the onions are soft and translucent. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cooled add everything from section 2. Combine and mix well. Form into patties (we use 1/2 cup of mix per patty). Wrap in cling film and freeze.
To reheat remove from freezer and on a skillet with a touch of olive oil heat on med/low from frozen till the patty has warmed through. I like to eat mine with a little salsa and sour cream. How do you like to eat yours?

Here are all the Ingredients you will need:
Ingredients for 1 recipe of Baked Ziti:
1 (16 ounce) package ziti pasta (or penne pasta)
1 onion (chopped)
1 pound lean ground beef
pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
onion powder, to taste
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 (26 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce (feel free to add any veggies to this sauce)
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Aluminum Pan
Ingredients for 1 recipe of Cheeseburger Burritos:
1 lb of ground beef
1/4 cup mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup dill pickle relish
6 flour tortillas
Optional Toppings:
1 cup tomato
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Ingredients for 1 recipe of Chicken Quesadillas:
1 cup Colby Jack cheese
1 red pepper

2-3 lb frozen chicken breast
1 can Green enchilada sauce
1 package of taco seasoning

Ingredients for 1 recipe of Easy Egg Casserole:
2 cups frozen hash browns
1 1/2 cup jalapeno monterey jack cheese
2 cups diced, cooked ham
1/2 cup green onion
6 eggs
1 1/2 milk
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Chili Recipe:
-2lbs ground burger, ground sausage or ground turkey (use whatever you like)
-2 green bell peppers diced
-1 onion diced
-2 (12oz) bags of frozen cauliflower rice
-1 (15oz) can of tomato sauce
-1 (14oz) can of dice tomatoes
Spices (add these to your own taste):
-Salt
-Pepper
-Chili Powder
-Ground Cumin
-Onion Powder
-Garlic Powder
-Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Instructions: Fry up ground meat with diced onions and peppers in the bottom of a big pot. Once meat is cooked add all other ingredients. Stir and taste to add right amount of spices to what you like. Cook at a simmer for at least 30 minutes to combine flavors. It's up to you if you want to add in a can or two of kidney beans. This will make roughly 3 quarts.
EASY Bread Recipe:
-3 1/2 Cups Warm Water
-2 Tablespoons Yeast
-1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
-3/4 Cup Shortening or Lard
-3 Teaspoons Salt
-8 1/2 Cups White Flour
Instructions: Dissolve yeast into 1/2 cup warm water. Combine 3 cups warm water, brown sugar, lard/shortening and salt. Add yeast mixture. Mix in flour. Set in warm place and let rise until double in size. Punch down and let rise again. Punch down and divide into four loaves. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 for 30mins. Enjoy! (P.S. Don't give up if it doesn't work the first time! Yeast can be funny depending on the temperature in your house and even depends on what the weather is like outside! You'll find the best spot to let it rise and how long to let it rise and you practice making this recipe!)
