How To make He Man's Tuna Noodle Casserole

egg noodles, medium

butter

cream of mushroom soup

milk

sour cream

onion, finely chopped
1/4
cup
pimiento, sliced
1/2
cup
green pepper, finely chopped
1
cup
celery, chopped
6 1/2
oz
tuna, drained and flaked
15
each
ritz crackers, broken but not crumbled
1
parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Cook noodles in salted water; drain. Coat with butter. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large saucepan, mix soup, milk, sour cream, salt, onion, pimiento, pepper, and celery. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 15 minutes. Add tuna. Combine with noodles and pour into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle top with ritz crackers. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Makes enough for 6 hungry men.
Note: An additional 3 oz can of Tuna can be added for a meatier casserole.

RECIPES:
CHICKEN ROLL-UPS
1 lb Cooked Shredded Chicken
1 can Crescent Rolls
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
Shred cooked chicken and set aside. Separate the crescent rolls and add 1 TBL cheese to each roll. Top with about 2 TBL of chicken. Roll up each roll starting with the widest end and place in a greased 9x13 baking dish. In a bowl combine soup and 1/2 Cup of water and pour over the chicken rollups.
Optional: Top with any remaining cheese and season to desired taste with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and parsley.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
CHICKEN & STUFFING
2 lbs shredded chicken, cooked (I use rotisserie)
2 10.75 ounce cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 C milk
1 6 ounce box Stove Top Chicken Stuffing mix
1 1/2 C chicken broth
Instructions
-Preheat oven to 375F
-Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray
-Spread the chicken evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish
-Whisk the condensed soups and milk together in a medium bowl.
-Pour the soup mixture evenly over chicken
-Sprinkle dry stuffing mix evenly over the top
-Pour chicken broth over the stuffing mix
-Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes
-Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving
CHICKEN & RICE
4 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup water
1 cup milk
2 cups instant rice, uncooked
1 cup cheddar cheese blend, shredded
1 to 1 ½ cups panko crumbs
4 to 6 tsp butter, melted
This link goes to a very similar recipe, but I use 2 cans Cream of Chicken instead of using cream of celery, and I do not add the onion powder.

2 cups uncooked egg noodles
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 10 oz. package frozen peas and carrots (or vegs of your choice)
1 cup milk
1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup (any style of 2 cream soups will do)
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
parsley flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Boil egg noodles according to package directions. Drain
In a large bowl combine all the other remaining ingredients (reserve 1/2 C cheese and the parsley for the top)
Add cooked noodles to mixture. Stir to combine everything. Pour into prepared baking dish. Top with 1 cup Cheddar Cheese and parsley flakes.
Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Remove from the oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Easy Lasagna for Garfield
I like my lasagna with stewed meat vs ground beef
Broil bell peppers, onion, and garlic with some bone-in meat for 10-13 minutes. Then add them to the pressure cooker, add carrots, 2 cans of san Marzano tomatoes, beef broth, salt, oregano, and fresh thyme with rosemary. Cook for 1 hour.
Grate Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese
Bechamel
Toast 1/3 cup flour until brown, add 1/2 butter stick, then add milk, cook on medium for 6-8 min. Add salt, nutmeg, and a handful of mozzarella
Assemble as shown on video. And bake for about 40 min under foil and 10-15 minutes without. At 400F.

Today's recipe is a dish I grew up with. Not all children are fond of the taste of tuna but with this recipe, I'm sure they'll love it when it's served in a creamy and cheesy way. Plus, it's simple and easy to make!
CHEESY TUNA PASTA RECIPE
Ingredients:
- Doña Elena Pure Olive Oil (perfect for pasta and everyday cooking)
- Linguine pasta
- Canned tuna in oil
- Tomato sauce
- Garlic, minced
- Onion, minced
- Brown sugar
- All purpose cream
- Can of cream of mushroom soup
- Lots of grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Drain the canned tuna from its oil.
2. Pour Doña Elena Pure Olive Oil to the pre-heated pan to sauté the garlic and onion.
3. Add the drained tuna and continue to stir. You may add more olive oil for more flavor.
4. Pour the tomato sauce and continue to mix. Add a little water so that the sauce will not be too pasty once the other ingredients will be added. Mix well.
5. Pour the all purpose cream and cream of mushroom soup and continue to mix until the color of the sauce has lightened.
6. Mix the grated cheese to the sauce and continue mixing to avoid burning the cheese.
7. Simmer for a few minutes while you cook the linguine pasta in another pot.
8. You may add sugar to the sauce for a sweeter taste (optional)
9. Serve and enjoy!
