3/4 c Butter
room temperature
1 c Sugar, white
1 c Sugar, brown
4 Eggs
1/2 c Cocoa, unsweetened
1 1/2 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Herman Sourdough Starter
1 tb Vanilla
3/4 c Semisweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c Nuts :
chopped
In bowl of electric mixer, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir dry ingredients together. Combine starter and vanilla; add alternately with dry ingredients to sugar mixture. Spread in greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2" pan. Sprinkle chocolate and nuts on top. Hi Semua, mood raya dah ada ke belum? Walaupun tahun ni cara kita sambut raya tak sama mcm raya2 yang sebelumnya, tak salah kalau kita terus cuba untuk memeriahkan suasana Raya. Jadi, jom tengok macam mana Che Nom sediakan biskut yang tak asing lagi, iaitu biskut Almond London. Bahan utama ialah kekacang almond yang dibakar, dan disalut dengan adunan doh biskut yang lemak, gebu dan rangup… dicelup dalam cairan coklat dan kemudian ditabur dgn hiasan badam cincang.
Anggaran hasil : 125 biji biskut
Bakar pada 170 °C selama 10-15 minit, API ATAS BAWAH
Coklat masakan : Che Nom guna Beryl's (dark or milk compound.. Dua-dua boleh)
**bakar almond pada suhu 150°C, selama anggaran 10 min. Badam cincang/almond nibs masak lebih cepat dari biji badam/whole almond
**Boleh ganti majerin (Planta, dsb)

250g biji badam
100g badam cincang
250g mentega
94g /¾ cawan icing sugar
2 biji kuning telur
250g /2 cawan tepung gandum
200g /⅘ cawan tepung jagung (ATAU 3/4 cawan + 1 sudu besar tepung jagung)
2 sudu besar tepung beras
50g / 1⅓ serbuk kepingan jagung atau boleh ganti serbuk badam
2 sudu besar susu tepung
500g coklat masakan (milk atau dark chocolate compound)
1-2 sudu besar shortening

250g whole almond
100g almonds nibs
250g butter
94g / ¾ cup icing sugar
2 egg yolks
250g / 2 cups plain flour
200g / ⅘ cup corn flour (OR ¾ cup + 1 tbsp. corn flour)
2 tbsp rice flour
50g / 1⅓ cornflakes powder (or may replace with almond powder)
2 tbsp milk powder
500g cooking chocolate (milk or dark chocolate compound)
1-2 tbsp of shortening
Bake at 170 ° C for 10-15 minutes, Top and Bottom heat setting

1 box Duncan Hines Devils food cake mix
1 can NO SALT ADDED Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup chocolate chips (dairy free for vegan)
bake in 9x13 pan at 350 for 30 minutes.
Frosting:
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1/2 cup butter (vegan butter for vegan recipe)
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup melted chocolate chips
Cream together butter and shortening until combined, add in sifted powdered sugar, water, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined then add in 1-2 tablespoons milk of your choice. Add 1/2 cup cocoa powder and melted chocolate chips. mix until fluffy. frost cooled brownies. enjoy!
