Anthill Cake
Super delicious, quick cake!
Catch a homemade anthill recipe
Ingredients:
Egg - 1 pc;
Sugar - 100 gr;
Milk - 60 ml;
Softened butter - 80 gr;
Soda - 0.5 tsp;
Vanilla sugar - 10-15 gr;
Flour - 330 gr.
Mix everything well until smooth.
Divide the dough into 4 parts and scroll through a meat grinder. We make small portions of cookies.
You can put in the freezer for a couple of hours and then grate.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on your oven.
Let the cookies cool and then crumble, but not very finely.
Add boiled condensed milk. Stir and form an anthill.
Decorate as desired with nuts, poppy seeds, coconut, etc.
It was very sweet for me, next time I will try condensed milk ????
