How To make Impossible Tuna Melt Pie
2 cups Onions
chopped
1/4 cup Margarine or butter
2 cans Tuna; drain, flake
1 3/4 cups Process cheese spread cubed
3 Eggs
1 1/4 cups Milk
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 teaspoon Salt :
Pepper
Grease pie plate, 10x1-1/2". Heat oven to 400~. Cook and stir onions and margarine in 10" skillet over low heat until onions are light brown. Sprinkle tuna, 1 c of the cheese and the onions in plate. Beat eggs, milk, baking mix, salt and peppeer 15 in blender on high or 1 minute with hand blender. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with remaining cheese to within 1" from edge. Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean (pie can be done even though some melted cheese adheres to knife). (wrv)

Welcome to the PIES OF MARCH Collaboration ???? Today I'm going to share with you a wonderful Banana Bread Pie recipe. This is NOT like baking bread in pie dish - it's more like a custard or what a pumpkin pie texture is. It's so moist and absolutely delicious! Recipe:
3-4 Bananas
1/4 C Milk
1 Can Condensed Milk
3 Eggs (Room Temperature)
2 Tbsp. Butter (Soft)
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
3/4 C Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Salt
No crust needed. Mix all ingredients well with mixer. Just pour into a well buttered pie dish and bake @ 400°F for around 35 minutes or until done. You want doneness similar to what you shoot for when making a pumpkin pie.
