How To make International Sausage Skillet
1/2 pound Keilbasa -- (halved length-wise
and sliced thinly), :
up to 1 8 ounces dry pasta (twists, shells or
:
Penne) 1 16 ounce can Italian Stewed Tomatoes (cut up, do NOT
:
drain) 1 can French Onion Soup
In skillet, brown Keilbasa slices. Stir together in skillet. Season to taste wi th salt, pepper, soy sauce, onion flakes, garlic, or whatever spices you enjoy. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to lowest setting. Cover pan and simmer 30 minute s until pasta or rice is tender. Stir occasionally to prevent rice and pasta fr om sticking. Stir in cheese, if desired. Serve.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
To Bake in Oven:
1. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and cover tightly. 2. Bake at 350 F fo r about 1 hour.

Ingredients I used:
13 oz turkey Polska Kielbasa
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 1/2 cups 1% milk
3/4 cup fat free chicken broth
8 oz whole wheat pasta (dry)
1 1/2 cup low fat cheese ( I use a 40% less fat cheese)
In a large skillet cook sausage and onion together on medium high heat, until onions start to soften. Add garlic, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in rotel, tomatoes, milk, and chicken broth and pasta and stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer and for 8-10 minutes until pasta is tender.
Stir in cheese and let sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.

ITALIAN SAUSAGE PASTA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 lb mostaccoli
1 lb italian sausage
1 egg
1 bunch parsely, chopped
1 block fresh parmesan cheese, grated
DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile rolls sausage into balls and then roll into a small amount of black pepper. Cook in skillet until meatballs are done. Whisk together egg, chopped parsley, 3/4 of the grated cheese and 1 cup of pasta cooking water. Add to skillet with meatballs and toss. Continue cooking until cheese is melted and sauce has thickened. Add pasta and serve with remaining cheese.

Welcome back to What’s For Tea :) So today I made sausage rolls!
These are relatively quick to make since you’re using pre-made pastry…feel free to make your own, but with everything that’s going on in the world just now, you may find it easier to find ready made pastry than everything you’ll need to make it from scratch.
I know in this country, flour is pretty hard to find. But because you’re not spending half the day making your own puff pastry….you’ll have time to spend a little extra time on your filling :) which to me, is the most important part!

What I used - Makes 6 large sausage rolls
500g (17.6oz) Sausage meat
1/2 red onion - finely diced
1 Teaspoon dried sage or 4-5 sage leaves, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
320g (11.2oz) ready rolled puff pastry sheet
5 slices of parma ham
50g (1.7oz) grated cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to season
1 egg, beaten to glaze or a little milk
Handful of dried breadcrumbs (optional)
