Ingredients 1 pk fudge marble cake mix 2 pound ricotta cheese 1 cup sugar 4 each eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 8 oz whipping cream 1 pk instant chocolate pudding 1 cup milk
Directions: Mix cake as directed on box. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. In separate bowl, combine ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Spoon over top of unbaked cake. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool. Whip cream. Mix pudding with milk. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over cake. Refrigerate.

INGREDIENTS:
1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix 2 pints part-skim ricotta cheese 3/4 cup white sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Pour batter into 9 x 13 x 2 inch greased baking dish. Set aside. Combine ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Blend well. Spread mixture evenly over the top of the cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 75 minutes if using a glass baking dish, 90 minutes if using a metal pan. Blend pudding mix and milk until thickened. Blend in whipped topping. Spread over cooled cake.

Easy Chocolate Italian Love Cake
This chocolate Italian Love Cake starts with a boxed cake mix for an easy dessert recipe that only looks fancy! With chocolate, sweet ricotta, and a whipped pudding topping, the layered Italian cake is moist, rich, and perfect for Valentine’s Day, birthdays, or any other special occasion!

Italian Love Cake
1 box of chocolate cake mix 15.25 oz: 4 eggs 1/2 cup oil 1 cup water Set this to the side.
Top with: 2nd layer: 32 oz ricotta cheese, 1 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla, 4 eggs
use a 9 X 13 baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonstick baking spray. Bake the cake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. THEN LET IT COMPLETELY COOL OFF.
Topping: 3.9 oz box chocolate instant pudding 1 cup milk 2 - 8 oz containers cool whip
