How To make Kohl's Meatballs & Gravy
Ground beef Bread crumbs Eggs Parmesan cheese Salt & pepper
To each pound of ground beef, add 1/4 cup moist bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Shape into balls about the size of a quarter. Heat a minimum amount of oil in a heavy pan and fry the meatballs until they are brown. Cover the meatballs with the following: : 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup : 1 can water : 1 tablespoon white cooking wine (Double, triple, etc., according to the pounds of meat you use.) hola guys welcome back to my channel.
So today just a disclaimer guys am thinking of changing my YouTube channel to saphina's kitchen coz I want to keep it purely food here and grow out this brand.Though I would like to also showcase my life aside cooking.So I thought of starting a new channel called let's talk.So guys rush and subscribe there as we wait for more content aside cooking.I will be sharing a link soon .

Something great about this recipe is just less spices are used to prepare it and the juicy aspect in the meatballs weeeuh.Lets always try so hard to ma
ke our foods juicy and not dry guys.
A disclaimer though use more water ,chicken
stock,beef stock and also coconut milk to have more sauce guys.I used little hence not so
much sauce .
MAIN INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
500g minced meat
garlic and ginger
diced large onions
unsalted butter.
cinnamon 1 teaspoon
tumeric powder 1 teaspoon
oil to fry
salt to taste .
lemon zest and lime juice.

Vegetarian Swedish No-Meatballs | PlantBased & More
Ingredients for the Meatballs
500 g ground BEYOND SAUSAGE
500 g ground OMNIpork
1cup Celery minced
50 g Garlic minced fine
1 Onion minced fine
1 tsp Cumin
2 small Carrots minced
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
Ingredients for the Sauce
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 tbsp Olive oil
250 g chopped mushrooms
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1½ cups all-purpose cream
½ c water or vegetable stock (or more depending on how thick you want the sauce)
Salt, Pepper & Liquid seasoning to taste
Procedure for the Meatballs
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Form the mixture into 1 balls and then fry (around 5-10 minutes).
3. Set aside the cooked meatballs on a plate.
Procedure for the Sauce
1. In another pan with medium heat, add butter, oil and mushrooms. Sauté until golden brown, 3 minutes.
2. Add onions and saute another 3 minutes.
3. Add garlic, saute another minute.
4. Add cream, once it has come to a gentle boil, add water or stock a little at a time.
5. Add cooked meatballs and gently mix with gravy. Lower heat and simmer for 8minutes. If sauce is too thick add more water or stock.
6. Season with pepper, salt and liquid seasoning according to taste. Simmer 2 minutes more.
7. Serve hot on top of cooked pasta, mashed potato or rice.
