How To make Lattice Cherry Cheesecake
1 pk (20 oz) Cookie Mix *
16 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1 c Sour Cream
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 t Almond Extract
3 ea Large Eggs
21 oz (1 cn) Cherry Pie Filling
* Cookie mix should be refrigerated Sugar Cookie dough from the dairy case. ~-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Freeze cookie dough 1 hour. Slice into 1/8-inch slices. Arrange slices, slightly overlapping, on bottom and sides of greased 9-inch springform pan. With floured fingers, seal edges to form crust. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and extract, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer, until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Reserve 1/4 cup batter and chill. Pour remaining batter over crust. Bake at 350 degrees F., 1 hour and 10 minutes Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees F. Spoon pie filling over cheese- cake. Spoon reserved batter over pie filling forming a lattice design. Bake at 450 degrees F., 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. VARIATION: Substitute 13 x 9-inch baking pan for 9-inch springform pan. Prepare as directed except for baking. Bake at 350 degrees F., 40 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees F. Continue as directed.

Ingredients
1 3oz lemon Jell-0
1 cup boiling water
1 box graham cracker crumbs (3 cups) more for thicker crust divided
1 stick melted butter
1 8oz cream cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
5 tbsp lemon juice
1 can evaporated milk, well chilled or 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
Get Ingredients Powered by Chicory
Instructions
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Cool until slightly thickened.
Mix 3/4 graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended, press into bottom of the 9 X 13 pan to form a crust. Save rest of crumbs to sprinkle on top of dessert.
Beat the Evaporated milk/heavy cream until fluffy.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice with mixer until smooth.
Add thickened Jell-O and slowly mix in whipped evaporated milk.
Spread filling over the crust and sprinkle with reserved graham cracker crumbs on top.
Chill at least 2 hours and up to overnight, store covered in refrigerator.

This recipe are perfect for a quick easy breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients Used:
6 Sweet Rolls
8oz cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 egg yolk
1 cup of cherry pie filling
2 tsp sugar
egg wash-1 egg + 1/4 cup of water mixed
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl mix together the 8oz cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, egg yolk until smooth. Cut out the inside of the slider bun. Brush the egg wash on the tops of the buns, sprinkle the sugar. Fill with the cream cheese mixture. Then top with the cherry pie filling. Bake for 15 minutes.
Topping
1 cup of powdered sugar
2 tsp of milk, may need 3 tsp
Mix until smooth. Drizzle over the slider. Enjoy!
