RECIPE:
2 6oz cans of wild Pink salmon drained
1 large organic egg
1 1/2 tbsp paleo mayonnaise, such as Primal Kitchen
3/4 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
2 tbsp chopped organic green onion
1/4 C fine ground almond flour
Pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp Avocado oil
Cook approximately 3-4 min on each side
Enjoy with tartar sauce!

Salmon and Shrimp Patties
Ingredients:
Leftover Salmon (Or canned salmon, it is your choice)
Shrimp (peeled and cleaned)
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs (Beaten)
2 teaspoons ole bay
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking shrimp until done, chop up and mix with salmon. Add your seasonings and binders and form patties. Get a hot skillet and fill up to about ¾ inch in oil. We are not deep frying the salmon patties, just pan searing. Get the oil hot to 335 and put the patties in. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side and drain on paper towel. Add your favorite sweet chili sauce and enjoy.
For the potatoes (I used about 2.5 pounds of potatoes:
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ stick butter (4 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon fresh garlic
½ cup freshly grated parmesan (Or not freshly grated)
Parsley
Cut your potatoes and let them soak in water for about 20 minutes. Clean and complete dry and then coat in grapeseed oil, and seasonings and put in air fryer. If doing one layer at a time, Air fry each batch for 12 mins, flipping halfway through, on 360. If you are like me and too lazy for all of that, through the whole bunch in, air fry for 20 mins, shaking the basket halfway through to make sure they all get crispy.

If you are looking for a Low Carb, Keto Friendly Salmon Recipe, you should give these Salmon Patties a try. I used Fresh Salmon to make these Croquettes, but you can use canned Salmon as well.
This recipe can be made using crab, shrimp, lobster as well as most other fish.
Ingredients For Keto Salmon Patties:
* 1 1/2 Pound Of Fresh or Canned Salmon
* 1/4 Cup Shallots or Onions
* 1/4 Cup Red Peppers
* 1/4 Cup Orange Peppers
* 2 eggs
* 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
* 1 1/2 Tbsp Butter to Saute Vegetables
* 4 Tbsp. Butter To Cook Salmon Cakes (or as needed)
* 1/2 Cup Almond Flour (Adjust as needed to bind salmon cakes)
* 3 1/2 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning (Old Bay Rub)
* 1/2 Tsp. Pepper (to taste)
* I added a couple Tbsp. of Dried Hot Peppers (Optional)

2 lime leaves
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger grated
1 tsp white or black pepper
salt as needed
1 red chili finely chopped (you can use crushed red peppers as substitute)
1 egg
handful parsley or coriander
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp corn flour
1/4 cup oil for frying (or as needed)
