Dead Easy Lazy Lasagna Recipe
This lazy lasagna is perfect if you’re having a lazy day but still want a lasagna! It is dead easy and doesn’t involve much work and still tastes as good as a traditional lasagna.
Full Recipe:
Ingredients
• Approx. 350g (12 Oz) of Fresh lasagna sheets or par cooked dry sheets (see cooking tips)
• 500g (17 ½ Oz) beef mince
• 1 Jar of spaghetti sauce
• 2 Cups Shredded cheese
• ½ Cups Parmesan cheese
• 100g Frozen or Fresh Spinach (Optional)
If you don’t have fresh lasagna sheets you can use the following method to help get rid of a few minutes off the overall cooking process for your lazy lasagna.
• Use deep and wide baking dish and fill it with boiling water.
• Put your sheets in so that there is only 1 layer and wait until they have softened. (Doing more than one layer will cause the sheets to stick together)
• Remove the sheets from the water and brush with oil to prevent them from sticking together
• Repeat until you have enough sheets. (You may need top up the water with boiling water)
This Lazy Day lasagna recipe is perfect to precook and eat another day when you don’t feel like cooking! It reheats up pretty good and still tastes amazing.
I hope you enjoy this lazy man lasagna /lazy mom’s lasagna recipe as much as I did!

Ingredients:
1 Bag of Frozen Cheese Ravioli (Celetano 24oz) (I used beef)
1 Jar of Marinara Sauce (24oz)
2 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella
1/2 Cup of Shredded Parmesan (Optional)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Spread a thin layer of your marinara sauce onto the bottom of the pan (about 3/4 cup).
Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
Top with half of the remaining sauce and half of the mozzarella.
Repeat the layers starting with what's left of the ravioli. Finish by topping with the remaining sauce and cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan if you'd like.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese starts to brown.
