How To make Lemon Barbecued Chicken
Chicken breast
split 1 1/4 cups catsup
1 can frozen lemonade :
thawed, undiluted
-- (6noz.) 3/4 cup water
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup corn oil
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
Mix together catsup, lemonade, water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, corn oil and onion.
Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
Place chicken over hot coals on grill, skin side up, about 8" from heat.
Cook, basting frequently and turning several times, about 25-30 minutes, or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.

1. Add The Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Onion, Garlic, Cumin, Lemon Zest, Salt And Pepper To A Bowl Or Dish. Mix Well.
2. Add In Your Chicken. Coat Every Last Inch Of The Chicken In The Marinade And Let It Sit For At Least 30 Min In The Fridge.
3. Heat Your Grill To Med-High. Cook Over Direct Heat With The Lid closed 4-5 Min Per Side.
4. Rest The Chicken For 5 Min And Enjoy!!!

- 3-4 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 30g Honey
- 40g BBQ Sauce Reduced Sugar (Brand: Tescos)
- 225g Uncooked Macaroni Pasta | 500g Cooked Weight
- 250ml Skimmed Milk
- 60ml Hot Sauce (Brand: @sauce_shop i used buffalo sauce, you can use sriracha or any hot sauce you like - also use less if too spicy)
- 120g Light Cream Cheese (Brand: Philadelphia Lightest)
- 40g Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
- Garnish with Parsley

Important Cooking Notes:
- Cook the chicken on medium high heat for 3-4 mins each side till golden brown
- Make sure you TURN OFF the heat before adding honey and BBQ sauce
- For the creamy sauce, add all ingredients on low heat then stir gently with a whisk preferably till it thickens and is smooth
- You can freeze these meals and reheat in a pan or microwave. Keep in the fridge for up to 4 days

Ingredients (for 4 servings)
For the Chicken
- 700g Cubed Raw Chicken Breast
- 20ml Light & Dark Soy Sauce (Low Sodium)
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 2 tsp Olive Oil for cooking
- 10-15g Honey
For the Rice
- 480g Cooked Basmati Rice (120g per serve)
- 1 Red Onion finely sliced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
- 15ml Dark Soy Sauce
- 10g Honey
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- Garnish Green Onion
