How To make Lin's Infamous Chocolate Chip Cake
1/2 c Butter
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 ts Baking soda
1 12 oz bag of chocolate chips
2 c Flour
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Sour cream
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Baking powder
Cream butter and sugar. Add all other ingredients except the chips. Beat a few minutes. Add the mix 3/4 of the bag of chocolate chips. Pour into a greased angel food cake pan, and sprinkle the remaining chips onto the cake. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

TIPS PENTING:
1. Butter perlu dalam keadaan lembut tapi masih sejuk. Jangan sesekali cairkan butter.
2. Sejukkan/rehat adunan sangat penting untuk hasil biskut yang lebih sedap.
3. Sejukkan doh dulu minimum 1 jam/semalaman dan baru bentuk kecil2.
4. Kalau taknak bentukkan guna sudu, boleh gentel dengan jari. Pastikan doh masih agak keras dan SEJUK.
5. Untuk dapat bentuk cantik macam Famous Amos, tak perlu bulatkan dengan sempurna sebelum bakar
6. PENTING untuk bakar doh biskut dalam suhu yang sejuk dan masih keras.
7. Kalau doh yg dah bentuk tu lembik, masukkan dalam peti sejuk 10 min atau sampi keras sikit, kemudian terus keluarkan dan bakar.
8. Boleh susun rapat-rapat masa dalam peti sejuk, tapi bila nak bakar sila susun dengan penjarakkan sosial.
9. Biskut dah masak kalau keperangan. Masa panas memang lembik. Kalau betul2 sejuk baru lah jadi rangup.

250g mentega tanpa garam
1 cawan/ 200g gula perang
1/2 sk garam
1 biji telur
1 sk esen vanila
2 1/2 cwn / 310g tepung gandum
1/2 cwn/ 60g tepung jagung
4 sb / 54g minyak jagung
1 sk serbuk penaik
1 sk soda bikarbonat
350g coklat chip

1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 1/2 cups / 310g plain flour
1/2 cup/ 60g corn starch
4 tbsp / 54g corn oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
350g chocolate chips

Homemade Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies | Vegan Recipe
Here is my Gluten-FreeChocolate Chip Cookies vegan recipe! Crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside with all the chocolatey goodness. Enjoy!!!

10g whole flax seeds + 3 Tbsp water
5g baking powder
200g Bob's Red Mill GF Flour
50g desiccated coconut
A pinch of salt
100ml maple syrup
80ml coconut oil
2g vanilla extract
120g dark chocolate chips
50ml #ACCEPTANCE

Mix the flax seeds and water and set aside for 5-8 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 170C / 340F.
Add all the dry ingredients (except the chocolate chips) to a bowl and with a wooden spoon mix until well combined.
Add all the wet ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
Mix both ingredients with a wooden spoon. Add the chocolate chips in and fold them in.
In a small bowl, pour in extra coconut oil. Oil an ice cream scoop like shown in the video and scoop the dough and arrange the cookies on a 21cm x 22cm baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes on the top shelf of the oven.
Leave on a wire rack to cool.
