Pineapple desserts are really good if you want something tangy and refreshing that’s not too heavy. Here's my pineapple cream cheese pie recipe. This is an easy no bake pie that you can whip up in a few minutes and serve within an hour. There’s only a few ingredients in this pineapple cream cheese pie so you can make it really quick.

Pineapple Dream Dessert:
1 can crushed pineapple 1 container cool whip, 8 oz 1 block cream cheese, softened 1 stick butter, melted 2 sleeves graham crackers, crushed into crumbs 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
Start by crushing up those graham crackers. You can use a ziploc bag or a food processor to crush them up, or get some pre made crust if you want. Add the melted butter and mix really good. Set aside about 1/2 cup of the crumb mixture. Press the crust into a 9x13 pan (or 2 smaller pans like I did). Put it in the fridge until you're ready for it. In a bowl, add your softened cream cheese and go ahead and blend it with your stand or hand mixture till it's kinda smooth. Then add your sifted powdered sugar in a little at a time until it's well combined. Sit it to the side. In another bowl, add your cool whip. Drain the crushed pineapple. Add half to each bowl and mix well. Take your crust out of the fridge and layer the cream cheese mixture and then the cool whip mixture. Be careful when spreading each layer. Sprinkle the reserved crumbs over the top. Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours. I put mine in there overnight.

Pie Crust 7 oz (14 pieces) Graham crackers 4 oz (113 g) butter
Pie Filling 1 can, 20 oz (590 ml) crushed pineapple in juice 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese 8 oz (225 g) whipped cream 4 tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla

3 Ingredient Quick Pineapple Dessert (Ready In Less Than 5 Minutes!!)
Popular pineapple dessert that is quick and easy to make with only 3 ingredients!
Steps: 1. Drain all the juice from the crushed pineapple 2. Put the pineapple into a pan and mix in 1/3 of the condensed milk tin (this is based on taste, for sweeter results add more and for less sweet add less - taste as you go) 3. Add in about half the tub of cool whip and mix it into the pineapple until everything is covered ( add more as needed) 4. Optional: Decorate the top with whip cream, nuts or fruit 5. Put in fridge or freezer to cool and serve!

Recipe: Crust: 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup granulated sugar Dash of salt 6 Tbsp unsalted butter melted
Mix together the crumbs, sugar and salt. Add in the melted butter. Mix. Press into 9 inch pie pan. Press up the sides as well. Place in fridge for 30 minutes.
Filling: 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup crushed pineapple, strained very well 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 whole carton thawed cool whip
Medium bowl add in the condensed milk. Stir in the pineapple. Mix. Mix in the lemon juice. Fold in cool whip. Add all to chilled pie crust. Place back in fridge for 4 hours to chill and set before serving. Enjoy!
