Marble Cheesecake Brownies | Egg Version – I know I’ve just made the eggless version last week. I thought the eggless version is good enough, I could escape from the egg version. Since there are quite a request on this, I’ll just do it anyway. Pretty similar texture to the eggless version which I’ve just made, taste wise also pretty close. Ingredients:
• Brownie Layer
200g [1½ cup] dark chocolate, compound coins chocolates (although I provided the cup measurement, but I do recommend that you used a weighing scale for the chocolate, because chocolate comes with various forms. They can be in chips or chunks or coins like mine, all could weigh differently in cups.
115g [½ cup] unsalted butter
50g [¼ cup] white sugar
50g [¼ cup] brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
90g [¾ cup] all-purpose flour
25g [¼ cup] cocoa powder
• Cheesecake layer
300g [1⅓ cup] cream cheese, room temp
30g [2 tbsp] fine sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs (medium or large is fine)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, add chocolate and butter. Melt them over a double boiler. Be careful do not apply to strong heat as it can affect the chocolate texture and will not be smooth. Make sure they are well melted. Set aside for cooling.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add the sugars and eggs. I recommend to use an electric mixer. Mix on high speed until the batter is creamy, pale and volume doubled.
3. Add in vanilla extract and salt. Mix until combined.
4. Add in the melted chocolate mixture. Mix until well combined.
5. Sift in the dry ingredients, flour and cocoa powder. Fold in until combined. Do not over mix.
6. Scoop out 2 tablespoon of the brownie batter into a small bowl. Set it aside for later use.
7. Transfer the remaining batter into an 8x8 inch prepared pan, grease and lined with parchment paper. Level the surface with the spatula.
8. Set aside for time being while working on the cheesecake layer.
9. In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese (room temperature or softened). Use a spatula to soften by pressing and folding.
10. Add in the sugar and vanilla extract. Mix vigorously until well combined.
11. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix until combined.
12. Transfer the cheese batter on top of the brownies layer. Even the surface.
13. From the 2 tablespoon scoop of brownie batter just now, add 2 teaspoon of hot water. Mix until well combined. Place the small dollops in random spots on the cheese batter. Use a skewer to draw the floral art.
14. Bake in preheated oven at 160°C/320°F for 35 minutes.
15. Let the cake cool in the pan. Then refrigerate for 1-2 hours to firm up the cheesecake and before slicing.
16. Cake will be ready to serve.

İngredients;
Raspberry Sauce;
6 oz. Fresh Raspberry
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
For The Crust;
10 Graham Crakcers,Crushed
3 tbsp Granulated Sugar
½ tsp Salt
4 ½ tbsp Melted Unsalted Butter
Cheese Filling;
24 oz. Cream Cheese (3 packs)
1 ¼ Cup Granulated Sugar
½ cup Sour Cream
5 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ of Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Starch
3 Eggs and 1 Egg White
Important Steps;
Hand mixer must be used at lowest speed in all stir steps to prevent air bubble.
All ingredients must be at room temperature prior to use to shorten beating time. Less mixing time is less air bubble. If you do not want your cheesecake crack, you shouldn't beat it too much. If you are sure that all ingredients mixed well, you are supposed to stop beating.
Cheesecake pan must be covered with aluminum foil to prevent water leakage during cheesecake cooking.
Oven door must not be opened while cheesecake cooking. Opening oven door occasionally changes oven temperature. This can cause cake to cooking unbalanced.
If your cheesecake started to cracking, this is sign of overcooking.
If cheesecake's borders are solid and middle of it is shaking, it means your cheesecake is cooked. Turn off your oven and open oven door slightly then let cheesecake to cooling down in oven for 45 mins. When cheesecake is at room temperature, it should be kept in refrigerator at least 6 hours but recommended 12 hours.

Ingredients;
For the crust
° 8 to 9 Digestive biscuits( about 130 g)
° 45 g melted butter
For the filling
° 500 g Philadelphia cream cheese
° 3/4 cup Condensed milk
° 1/2 tsp pink salt
° 1 tsp vanilla extract
° 2 eggs ( room temp.)
° 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
° 2 Tbsps Cocoa powder
° 3 Tbsps hot water
Equipment
° 6.5 or 7 round springform tin
° bigger tin
Direction
1. Preheat oven to 150 ° C.
2. Place a tray with water in the oven.
3. Make the crust by processing the biscuits till fine then add the melted butter. Press evenly intk the cake tin that is lined with baking paper.
4. Chill in fridge while we prepare the filling.
5. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese till smooth.
6. Add condensed milk, vanilla and sal.
7. Mix well to combine, scrape.
8.Add eghs 1 at a time, scrape then add the yogurt. Combine well.
9. Take 3/4 cup of the batter, set aside.
10. Mix the cocoa powder znd hot water to form a paste, mix the 3/4 cup batter.
11. pour the rest of batter into jug.
12. Alternately pour ,white batter and chocolate batter into the prepared tinstarting with the white., shake the tin gently after each batter to spread evenly to the side. Repest the process untill all batter is used up.
13. Use sharp knife to create marble effect.. ( Please refer to video)
14. Bake in preheated oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or till set. Turn off the oven and open slightly, leave the cheesecake to cool for about 45 minutes in the oven.Chill at least 6 hours to overnight before serving.

How To Make Chocolate Marble Cheesecake Recipe
The secret to having the perfect cheesecake is in the baking. DO NOT pre-heat the oven, turn it on once the cheesecake is inside. Time your baking once the oven reaches temperature. DO NOT remove the cheesecake until the oven reaches room temperature. Leaving the door a little. This should prevent the cheesecake from cracking.
Crust
- 1 cup gram cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup Oreo crumbs
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Filling
- 750 grams cream cheese
- 1 cup super fine sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 4 oz melted semisweet chocolate
- 4 oz melted white chocolate
