✅Ingredients
• 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
✅Instructions
1️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, and lemon juice.
2️⃣ Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, and toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
3️⃣ Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
4️⃣ Thread the shrimp onto skewers or place them directly in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don't fall through the grates.
5️⃣ Cook the shrimp for 7-8 minutes, or until they are no longer translucent and have reached an internal temperature of 145°F.
6️⃣ Serve the shrimp hot as a main dish or appetizer.

1 lb crawfish
1 lb Manila clams
1lb mussels
1 lemon
For sauce
2 sticks unsalted butter
2 heads garlic
2 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
11 tbsp black pepper
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
OLD BAY Seasoning recipe (4 tbsp)
3/4 tbsp salt
1 tbsp celery seed
2 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp ground dry mustard
1 tsp ground ginger
5 bay leaves

Recipe Ingredients
Fish
Ginger - garlic paste
Bitter Gourd
Green chilly
Mango
Oil
Coriander -mint leaves
Scrapped coconut
Curry leaves
Turmeric leaf
Cumin seeds.
Instructions
Combine orange juice,lemon juice ginger - garlic paste and salt. Spread it on the fish and marinate for a few mins.
Preparations
1. Put scrapped coconut, coriander leaf,mint leaves, mango, bitter gourd, cumin seeds ,curry leaves oil and salt in mixer jar and grind as fine paste.
2. Apply a thick layer of the chutney on the plantain leaf. Put the fish on the gravy and cover it with the gravy. Stick the turmeric leaf on the gravy and close it with a tooth pick.
3. Heat the pan in oil and grill the fish.
4. Serve it hot

Recipe Ingredients
Orange juice
Coconut milk
Coffee powder
China grass
Sugar
Preparations
1. Heat a pan with water. Put China grass in the water and melt it.
2. Pour orange juice and stir until it became thick. Add some sugar.
3. Strain it. And set in glass and put in the refrigerator.
4. Heat a pan with water. Put China grass in the water and melt it
5. Add coconut milk into it. When it became thick and cool strain it and pour it on the orange juice and put in the refrigerator.
6. Heat a pan with water. Put China grass in the water and melt it
7. Put coffee powder and sugar. When it cool strain it and pour it over the coconut milk and set it in the fridge
8. when it cool, Put the glass in a medium hot water for the Jelly separated from the glass.
