1 tb Olive oil
5 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 Orange zest
1 c Orange juice
1 bn Fresh rosemary
Freshly ground pepper Combine olive oil, garlic, orange zest and juice, rosemary and pepper to taste. Add shrimp and cover with marinade. Refrigerate 1 hour. Grill shrimp over low coalsor under broiler 4" from source of heat, until golden, 4-5 minutes, turning once. Each serving shrimp contains about: 162 calories; 210 milligrams sodium; 188 milligrams cholesterol; 5 grams fat, 27% calories from fat. Each serving chicken contains about: 210 calories; 111 milligrams sodium; 59 milligrams cholesterol; 7 grams fat, 30% calories from fat.

THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon honey, or you can use brown sugar
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (try an extra pinch or two of ghost pepper powder for some great spiciness!)
1 teaspoon lime zest
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or more as desired - optional, for spicier marinade
Salt and black pepper to taste - 1/4 teaspoon each is usually good
Hot Sauce to taste - optional, but hey! I NEED hot sauce! Spicy shrimp for me, please. =)

밥도둑 간장새우장입니다.
요즘 제철인 새우~ 밥도둑 새우장 한번 만들어보세요^^
재료
대하 40 마늘 2쪽 청.홍고추 1개씩 청홍 고추 (청양고추).
양념: 간장 400ml 물 600ml 생강 1쪽 마늘 8 대파 흰대2 . 양파1/2 사과1/2 다시마 (10*10)2장 건고추2 대추 5알 청주 50ml. 통후추1/2Tb 물엿 2Tb
Ingredients
40 shrimps.
2 garlics, 1 red pepper & 1 green pepper
marinade : 400ml soy sauce, 600ml water, 1 ginger, 8 garlic, 2 green onions, 1/2 onion, 1/2 apple, 2 dried kelps (10X10cm)
2 dried red peppers, 5 jujubes, 50ml rice wine, 1/2Tb peppercorns, 2Tb starch syrup
레시피 Recipe
1.새우를 손질후, 청주에 30분~1시간 정도 담궈두세요 (새우비린내 제거)
2. 분량의 양념장 재료를 냄비에 넣고 끓여주세요
3.양념장이 끓으면 약불로 줄이고,다시마를 먼저 건져내어 줍니다.
4. 뚜껑을 닫고 약불에서 간장양념장을 30분 정도 끓여줍니다.
5. 양념장의 국물만 따로 준비하여 완전히 식혀줍니다.
6. 용기에 새우를 담고, 마늘. 청.홍고추를 썰어넣고 간장소스를 붓습니다.
7. 냉장고에서 3일 이상 보관후 드시면 됩니다.
Recipe
1 Trim the shrimps and soak them in rice wine for 30 min~1hour.
2. Simmer marinade ingredients in a saucepan.
3. As it comes to a boil, turn down the heat and remove the kelps first.
4. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 min.
5. Cool down the soy sauce completely.
6.Put shrimps and chopped garlic, red pepper & green pepper into a container.
7.Add soy sauce and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
