2 1/2 pounds sirloin steak (about 1 inch thick) 1 1/2 cups water 3/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce 1 medium onion
chopped 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons dijon mustard 2 garlic cloves :
minced 2 teaspoons dried parsely flakes 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon pepper Place steak in a shallow dish or large heavy-duty resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over the meat. Cover or seal and refrigerate overnight. Remove meat; discard marinade. Grill, uncovered, over medium coals until meat is cooked as desired, about 6-7 minutes per side for rare, 8-10 minutes per side for medium or 11-13 minutes for well-done.

I used a 1.5lb piece of flank steak, Marinated for at least 40 minutes or up to a couple hours! The longer the more flavor!
Grill, airfry or pan sear to your desired cook! ????
I always double batch my sauce to reduce some down for topping at the end!
This goes amazing with rice, broccoli and some toasted sesame seeds!

Here is an easy marinade that I like to do with steak! Mix all the ingredients & marinate the meat for a couple of hours or even overnight.
Then just stir fry the meat or cook it the way you like your steak!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lemon juice 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp dried marjoram ground pepper to taste 2 cloves of garlic
HOW I COOKED MY MARINATED STRIPPED STEAK!
Heat the pan, add some cooking oil. Put in the marinated meat with all the juice of the marinate. It will boil but that's okay! Just let the water evaporate. When the meat starts sizzling.... throw in some onions, a few drops of sriracha sauce, a drop of sesame oil, 1 tsp of steak spice! That's it Folks!
Super simple but delicious! Great with rice of course :).
