It’s a very popular dish that everyone has most likely eaten at least once at a Mexican restaurant and now you can make it at home. Once your fajitas as done, you can serve by simply making some delicious tacos or turn it into an entree accompanied by a delicious Mexican rice and salad. Whatever your choice is, you are going to love it!

2 lbs chicken breast or thighs
Vegetables ????????
3 bell peppers
1 medium white onion
For the Marinade
1/2 cup olive oil
5 small garlic, cloves
3 TBSP lime juice
1/2 tsp ancho Chile, ground
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cumin, ground
1 tsp black pepper, ground
1 1/2 tsp salt, kosher
Top at the end
Drizzle lime juice
Chopped cilantro
Serve with
Corn or flour tortillas
*Add salt salt to taste at the end to adjust seasoning.

Quick & Delicious beef dinner recipe-
Ingredients for Culichi chicken or shrimp
2 Chicken breasts Or 1 pound of shrimp
7 Poblano peppers
1 15oz crema fresca heavy whipping cream, half and half
1 1/2 cups of Oaxaca cheese (or choice of melty cheese such as mozzarella)
1 small onion or half medium onion
3 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1 to 2 Tbsp butter
1 serrano pepper or jalapeño for spice, more if you like ????????
2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp oil
3/4 cups water (more if needed as shown in video 01:34 )
Serve Culichi recipe with a side of rice, French fries, salad, and a peach drink
????You can make this whole recipe in under 35 mins
Take 10 mins to gather ingredients and organize, Start with rice recipe, roast pepper, season chicken, blend sauce, cook chicken, make French fries while cooking chicken, and boom done! Dinner is served!

You can make the sauce the day before (preserve longer by adding 1/2 Tbsp of vinegar to the sauce)
This sauce works great on your protein of choice, Yup! Tofu culichi is delicious ????
You can precook the sauce and add it after the protein is fully cooked
Shrimp cooking- sear shrimp for 2 minutes, add sauce, and cook 3 to 4 mins on med-low heat

Ingredients
- 750g Raw Chicken Breast cut into cubes
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tap Salt & Pepper
- 1 Whole Lime Juice
- 2 tsp Olive Oil for cooking
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 100g Black Beans (Brand: Freshona)
- 210g Washed Uncooked Basmati Rice
- 1 tsp of each seasoning used previously
- 300ml Water or chicken stock for more flavour
- Garnish with Chopped Coriander/Cilantro

Important Cooking Notes
- When you add the uncooked rice, let it toast with the spices for 1-2 mins to enhance flavours
- After adding the water, mix well then cover and simmer on low heat for 12-15 mins. Stir halfway to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan
- Add the chicken and mix in with coriander
